2 months ago the sales manager said we can get 3 new phones for free, if we opened up a new line.. so we did now they r trying to charge us for multiple lines up to 6 of them when we have 3 phones.. we have been back and forth with customer service. 1100 phone bill? Get the f out here. Maybe look into ur sales agents there.. if i had to guess, they r pocketing cell phones at everyone expense.. im sure there are numerous complaints goin on from them.. i kno 3 other people that also are goin thru the same thing now.. and they got theres a 1-2 months ago.. we would have just went somewhere else.. but we r in the process of looking at attorney to pursue these matters cause its getting ridiculous now.. every month we gotta call..

Worst customer Service three time coming here all those time is bad experience these people all they do is seat on there phone and tell you to call 611 to fix your problem then 611 tells you need to go to the nearest Verizon location I went back told them my phone has NO SIM guy tell me because i need to do the update on my phone like that has nothing to do with it. I don’t recommend this place at all to nobody at all. I would appreciate if you guys try to treat people the way they should be treated you’re working for a phone company not just a sit around and just be on your phone. 851 St. George’s Ave Woodbridge township nj 07095 FIXED THE problem for me with a great experience.

I was having trouble with my phone as it kept saying "No SIM card" I would restart it or pop out the SIM card and put it back and it would work for a little bit before breaking again. I finally had time to go into a store and ask for a new SIM card...WHICH IS FREE... I told the associate what was going on and I wanted to try a new SIM card. Instead of that he did what Ive already done popped out the SIM and popped it back then looked at the settings and told me the SIM is fine and the phone started to work again....maybe someone was "messing with your phone" or it's a problem with the phone. I said I've tried what you did, nobody else touches my phone and it's a temporary fix HOW ABOUT A NEW SIM CARD. Again he said it's the phone and if it happens again contact Google. So I left. A couple days later it happened again this time as I was using the GPS so that stopped working and I couldn't call anyone. I went to the east Brunswick store thinking I needed a new phone but my options were expensive. So when I told her the problem SHE JUST GAVE ME A NEW SIM CARD and it's worked ever since. When a customers asks for something simple and FREE just do it...even if it doesn't help you make a sale.

This is my go to place for any of my verizon wireless needs. I find the staff to be very patient and professional. And that the store’s Manager, Jaedon is an asset to the company. His knowledge and expertise got my account back from hackers! I recommend this Verizon location anytime.

I went in today with a major issue with a phone replacement that I mistakenly forgot to sent back. After 3 hours on the phone with Verizon I went to this location which I was told was a corporate location. The manger jae was phenomenal. 20 minutes and I was out the door problem free. I will definitely return here for future help. Thanks jae!!

Had the worst customer service help ever today ...... it was 11am and store had one customer , African American young lady saleperson .... I approached her and asked her about options on upgrades ....didn't get off her seat and just pointed to the wall and said all the phones are right there and if we don't have it , you can go to Best Buy ...besides the fact that she was chewing gum like a little kid , she had poor customer service skills and very poor sales , and didn't care at all what I wanted plus sends me to Best Buy ....... that was my clue that she wasn't going to be helpful so I walked out

The African American lady that just “helped” us had the absolute worse customer service i have ever experienced. She was just sitting at the desk chomping her gum like she hadn’t eaten in weeks, it was disgusting. Then as we asked her questions about what options we had for a broken phone that we wanted to either repair or replace, she just kept repeating “nothin’, nothin’, nothin’ “ with the worst attitude ever. Absolutely horrendous customer service. She had an opportunity to make a sale, but she refused to help us. If you don’t want to deal with customers, get a non customer service job. Bring back secret shoppers, this person should be investigated/replaced asap.

Second time coming in this store for service and they add me to their queue and more than 15 mins go by and I’ve had to walk out and I’m still waiting for the notification of turn. Horrible! There were 2 reps walking around with one of them saying ‘I have go to the bathroom’ and never came back. I’m in Customer Service. This is definitely Not Customer Service!! Very disappointed!
