Had to wait Verizon had two employees store had about 8 patrons, my business there was to return cable boxes but was forced to listen to a time share like hard sell presentation on Verizon's cell phone service, I think the employees are following direction this mediocre review is really geared toward upper Mgmt. Poor experiance ! They email that they would like to hear more, the store has horrible reviews for years now, it obviously not going to change, there you've heard more

John’s service was exceptional. Came in to pick up my router for my WiFi and John was so enthusiastic to inform me on all the latest promotions and I ended up leaving with a new IPhone and IPhone watch! He was exceedingly friendly and helpful. By far THE BEST experience I’ve ever had with any service line. I’m really happy with my service and new devices!! Thank you so much for making my experience a memorable one!
