I really hate this place. Customer service at this store is the absolute worse. I've been here several times, and have never had a good experience. Last time I visited, I went to the store to buy a case and screen protector. Simple, you would think!! One of the employees came over and began to help me. I was told that he would be right back. 15 mins later no one could find this employee. Come to find out that he was in the backroom praying. You see, he was Muslim and prayed everyday at the same time. I personally don't care what religion you are or follow! What I cared about was him leaving me, waiting, without letting me know what he was able to do or at least telling another one of your colleagues so they could help me!! That's just one of many issues that I have encountered!! The sad thing is that when you call corporate and speak to someone, nothing is ever done!! CS is still slow and their employees never seem to care about us!!

Jay was the best Verizon representative I've ever dealt with. He was pleasant easy to talk to extremely thorough and helpful above and beyond what was necessary. I never do these surveys but for the way I was treated and extent of help he provided was above and beyond what I can express in this survey. I give him 10 gold stars!
