Horrible people that run this location!!! This location as went downhill in these recent months . I am a daily customer and they switch management so fast every time I have an issue it’s always a new non informative person.! The last lady told me I had to pay a year of my P.O. Box in order to re open it ,which was a bold face lie!!. I’ve seen maybe 1 pleasant young lady who works there very knowledgeable but that’s about it . If I could give no stars I would ! I’ve even complained many times and nothing has been done .

I have known Brittany Gibbons for the past year while she has worked at this post office. She has always impressed me with her attitude towards work and her performance on the job! Definitely a great employee and makes things so much easier. I hardly write reviews but she definitely deserves one !

Darrell delivered above and beyond exceptional customer service. Went into his facility, and he helped me even though I was inquiring about an issue I was having in a different town (my own mistake). Not only did Darrell help me, but he contacted the other towns PO to ensure I would get my package delivered on time as I expressed the importance, additionally he followed up with me throughout the day, providing updates, right up until the moment I received my package. Can’t say enough good things about the interaction. Wish all places delivered customer service this way. Two thumbs way up for Darrell!! ????

Horrible Service! So today I decided to go here because it was the only one opened early. As soon as I get in and it is my turn to be taken care of, I let her know that I need to mail this back and she’s like well you need to package it and I told her , I am aware and when I mailed one before they provided me with the package. She then (with an attitude) said “well we’re not going to write the address for you” and I told her okay?. First of all, I wasn’t expecting you to. Second of all you didn’t need to be rude! She then walks away to get me a package and comes back empty handed and looks to the rack to my left and tells me to grab this small envelope. I told her it wasn’t going to fit in there and she was like then take the one underneath it (again with an attitude). Mind you there was another woman there waiting to be attended who just shook her head and tried to help me with getting a pen to write the address. Once I grabbed the other one she told me to take, I realized too that it was not going to fit so I told her that I would go to a different post office because she’s extremely rude and unhelpful! If you can’t be a happy presentable person don’t work in a customer service job!
