They never answer the phone. Had a hazmat question. Recording had the nerve to let me hold 16 mins and they wanted me to take a survey about their service. You can see why the post office is no longer needed. Close that office

Ms. Tanya at USPS Iselin is very rude, she expects us to listen but doesn't want to listen to us. Was asking for information very nicely but she answered very rudely. She was being very over smart as if we don't know what we are doing. Was just confirming some information regarding passport application with her. But whereas Jaswinder was very nice at giving information. We asked Jaswinder first and then had to go to Tanya as Jaswinder was on break meanwhile.

Submitted my passport renewal by mail - whole thing took 5 min and the lady was super friendly and helpful.
They also do money orders which is great

Avani, probably the worst employee I have come across. She refused to accept my package even though my label had a code on the bottom. She told me to go to the staples and reprint even though there is a UPS 2 minutes away. I went to the UPS and they shipped my box with absolutely no problems and did not even need to reprint. Never coming back here until they replace their entire staff especially Avani.

Today I had a disappointing experience at this post office. I went in to ship a package, and the staff member, Jaswinder, refused to accept my box simply because it had a FedEx logo on it — even though the exact same box was accepted without issue at another post office in Woodbridge. I've never encountered this problem before, and it felt unreasonable, especially since the box was properly labeled and ready for USPS shipment. This inconsistency is frustrating and inconvenient. I expect better service and clearer policies from USPS locations. I won’t be returning to this branch.

My experience here has always been great, and i’m so grateful to have these guys near me and be open late on the weekend.
Don’t listen to the negative reviews; the majority of people who shop here do not know how to follow basic instructions, always come unprepared, and, simply put, cannot seem to function without having their hands held throughout their entire transaction.

TANYA! Most disrespectful person there. Walked in with a 4month old for a passport. Started an attitude soon as we walked in. 0 remorse. With a little power makes us wait past our appointment. Pathetic person seriously. Way to start a day, probably has a bad life, still unacceptable to ruin others.

Iselin post office doesn’t even looks like it’s open with all the overgrowth. Grass 3 feet high and weeds growing everywhere such a disgrace! Post office was kept up at one time but guess nobody cares anymore. Sooooo sad
