Location is filled with rude people all around. It is like going into a senior citizen building. Everyone miserable including the employees, they have no problem displaying it. There’s an older, I’m guessing an indian man who is pleasant. Everyone else is terrible. I hate going there but it’s close and all I do is drop off. Couldn’t imagine actually needing help by them. It’s OK to be miserable at work but at least try hiding it, yikes.

I love the staff at this store. I usually deal with Ashok or Megan in the morning and they are helpful and friendly. I’ve had only good experiences here with shipping. They are awesome when it comes to printing and copying. Highly recommend this small store for their personal service.

I had a frustrating experience with an Amazon return at a UPS Store today. Ashok Mutreja, who claimed to be the owner, questioned why I was in the neighborhood. I informed him that I'm a homeowner in the area. I'm concerned about his behavior and plan to report the incident to UPS. I have a video recording of our interaction, which will support my complaint. I'll be contacting UPS customer service and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm determined to see this through and ensure the issue is addressed.
Stay tuned because this is not over not letting up on it

I live in the next town over and make it my business to come to the AREX pharmacy UPS on New Brunswick Ave in Fords. They’re just super kind people. I highly recommend this place to all my friends.

My experience at this UPS location was immaculate. I want to start by saying, this was my first time mailing something out of state. Miles and Ben made this the SMOOTHEST experience for me ever, this was extremely important for me as I was sending my maid of honor proposal box. Miles was the most understanding, sweetest & supportive employee I have ever dealt with. Him and Ben went above and beyond for me and my package. Highly recommend this location to everyone!
