They diagnosed the problem, stayed in touch during the week sending photos and updates of the work being done. An unfortunate parts delay meant that we could not pickup the vehicle on our way back through New Jersey but Mo made the extra effort to return my vehicle personally by flat bed many miles away from his shop.
