After doing a lot of research on different trade show vendors, we decided on Trade Show House, and we're glad we did! The frame and fabric on our display were much stronger and more durable than we assumed they'd be. The delivery time was a lot faster than expected too. Don't risk the overseas options, use Trade Show House!

Our 10ft. trade show exhibit turned out beautifully! It drew a lot of attention at the 2 shows we attended. The exhibit was definitely a source of pride for the company. Kevin was terrific to work with especially since we had a very short time frame. I would recommend them to anyone!

Trade Show House did a fantastic job. We had a very short amount of time to get the project completed before our trade show, and they were able to help us figure out a design and get it shipped out with time to spare. It really helped that they have an in-house graphic designer. Most other companies we looked at did not, which means we would've had to hire one separately, which would have cost more time.

Trade Show house did a phenomenal job in helping me and my company refresh our trade show materials. Their knowledge of the materials and ideas really helped us in selecting a new layout! Each member of the team was invested in our experience and the service leading up to and after our selections was top-notch!!The first time I used our new booth, I realized I should have added on some batteries for the lighting display as cords weren't going to look good in the space I had to work with. Kevin Reseter was so helpful that he sent me what I needed overnight to my conference!Highly recommend Trade Show House for all your needs!

Great experience! They answered all my questions before, during, and after i ordered some large items. Very attentive and available. The product itself came out great. Colors for my company usually print a little odd but these printed beautifully! Kevin R. helped me through the entire process and i will be using them again for all my tradeshow booth needs.

I called about three places in my area, intending to visit. This was the only company that kept the conversation with me on the phone, inquiring about my needs. When I arrived, they showed me their variety of options, and patiently accompanied me on my decision making process. The display, a religious icon for Church events, was of exceptional resolution and print quality, lightweight, and easy to carry and store.

Wow what a disappointment. Kevin seemed to be on the ball at the beginning and they even matched the competitor’s price if I would fill out a review before purchasing giving them a five-star rating which I did. I have since updated the rating to one based upon the facts of what took place. The banner graphics printed are great. The letters and images extremely clear and to the appropriate size.The problem began when they shipped me a 10-foot frame instead of an 8-foot frame. Counting on their quality control process the banner was shipped to Las Vegas for the trade show. Freeman a well-known trade show agency could not assemble the banner because the frame was the wrong size. I paid $1200 for the banner & frame, $350 to have the banner assembled which they could not do and was nonrefundable, $650 to raise the banner to the ceiling and another $650 to lower the banner to the ground.Freeman called me at the time of assembly and indicated they could not assemble the banner that something was wrong. I did not have access to the banner until the next day and that was the only day available for us to raise the banner for display.I took photos confirming the frame was the wrong size and sent those images by phone to Tradeshow House communicating the problem. With limited time to correct the problem I managed to remove two of the sections to make an 8-foot diameter frame. It wasn't perfect but it saved the day. To join the sections I was forced to remove parts of the bungee cord. They did push out a communication cautioning me about modifying. What should I do scrape $2700 investment planned for the booth?Upon the conclusion of the trade show I requested an 8-foot frame for use it future trade shows and after all that is what I paid for and ordered. I packaged up the 10-foot frame sent it back in the exact same box. The bag was not returned as I had used silver sharpie to place my business name and phone number on the bag.Here is where the lack of service continues and gets even worse. They send me a communication asking for me to purchase a new metal frame in addition to the one that I already paid for and never received. They're asking me to pay for a mistake that they made in shipping the wrong frame +$300. Several emails and communications later that price drops to $135 the manufacturer's cost for the frame plus shipping cost. I come to find out that they don't even manufacture the product they purchased it from another company called Makitso displays.Well, the price they provided $135 is a reasonable price it is against my values and sends the wrong message. Mistakes happen, it's an accident but it's also an indication of the level of quality and failures to have full proof systems to prevent them from happening in the future. They have the modified frame and will not send the 8 foot frame.I would highly discourage you from doing business with this company especially when they ask you to do reviews before ordering your product for you to receive a discount only to have the price equal to what competitors our offering. I requested to be supplied with an 8-foot frame more than six times in every communication. I'm only asking for the item that I've already paid for to be delivered to me as promised…… they are refusing to do that, so this review is adjusted. As of today, I have spent 1200 for a banner and have no frame to use it.If they ship me the frame I purchased I would update this to show how they support their customers and complete orders.
