The service was very smooth and professional. From initial enquiries to delivery the whole process was smooth. Everything they said would happen, for example informing us of the two hour timeslot the night before, happened and they were there on time. The deliveries team were very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this company. Very efficient.

We just purchase our bed from The Sleep Loft, Robert assisted us and was very helpful! Robert was extremely knowledgeable about all the products in the store and guided us to find the mattress that would be best for our needs.
