very cruel policies, they Charge you for the next month even you stop subscription on the 1st of previous month. Not considering any type of phone call conversation. less cooperative management. Be very careful before getting subscription and get everything on the paper they promised.
Club looks good with facilities but you only got what is available at the time you are in.

I love The Club at Woodbridge! ? It's the best place ever! My parents signed me up for the Kidsports class and the child swim program, and I have so much fun every time I go. The teachers are super nice and make every class exciting.
I also joined the Lego class, and it was awesome! I made new friends and built really cool stuff. ?♀️
The gym has everything you could want. My favorite part is the indoor pool. I feel like a real swimmer when I'm there. Plus, everyone at The Club is friendly and always ready to help. If you're a kid looking for fun activities, The Club at Woodbridge is the place to be!

I recently attended a birthday party at Kidsports and had a fantastic experience! The staff was great, making sure everything ran smoothly and that the kids had a wonderful time. When I initially received the invite, I checked out the website to find the location, and I must say, it was very conveniently located. I was also impressed by how user-friendly the site was and all the different programs offered for kids. I definitely plan to come back and take a tour of the facility for myself. Highly recommend Kidsports for birthday parties and more!

I had a great experience at The Club at Woodbridge. Patti in finance was incredibly helpful, explaining all the membership options and policies clearly when the sales team was unavailable. Their user-friendly website convinced me to visit, and the tour did not disappoint. The renovations, including the nearly completed basketball courts, look fantastic. Thanks to Patti's assistance and the impressive facilities, signing up was a breeze. Highly recommend!

recently had the pleasure of visiting The Club at Woodbridge and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. My initial contact was with Patti in the finance department, as the sales team was unavailable at the time. Patti was incredibly informative, explaining the membership pricing and policies with great clarity. Her helpfulness and knowledge made me feel confident about my decision to join.
Before visiting, I accessed their website, which I found to be very user-friendly. The website provided a comprehensive overview of the facility, which piqued my interest and prompted me to take a tour. The facility itself is undergoing renovations, and I was pleased to see the nearly completed basketball courts. The tour showcased the wide range of amenities offered, confirming that this was the right place for me.
Thanks to Patti’s excellent assistance and the impressive facilities, signing up was a breeze. I highly recommend The Club at Woodbridge to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness and recreational center.

My daughter started going to Kidssports when she turned 3, she absolutely loved & loves it. The teachers, staff, counselors are all wonderful and treat the kids like their own. My daughter is now 6 in 1st grade but still comes to Kidssports for camp in the summer. Check them out you won’t regret it.

join this club a couple years ago. But their customer service and management both are worse. I would not recommend any one to join this club specially if they take membership. So here what happens I had to enroll my kids for classes for sessions and trainer is always talking with other and not focused on teaching. When I completed in front deck and thay told me it won’t happen again and it will take care of it . In 1 hour class thay teach only 10 mins and In summer there is nothing available to play or swim during tht day time . There is no point of buying membership its wears of money .

The Club of Woodbridge is a life saver. I cannot go as often as I would like to but I still get to go at least twice a week. The Club offers an assortment of sport classes for children. Including in the membership you have sauna, steam room and child care. None of which I had ever used but I'm planning to. The Club is having renovations and seems like a cafeteria or cafe is on the works. I can't wait until it's ready. Pool, hockey, golf den. So many amenities and I have no time!

Great Gym! If it was opened in the 1950’s.
It’s reassuring to know that my review follows up with their most recent poor reviews.
If you have the opportunity to invest your TIME & money somewhere else, please do so.
1. Their customer service is absent to say the least. The encounter with each member is very confrontational and makes you feel so uncomfortable.
2. Communication is poor and their staff following policy is inconsistent. I can give my example of what I’ve witnessed, but the person managing their Google My Business account will respond by saying “thank you for your feedback as we strive to do better!”. When we, paying customers, don’t look for an automatic generic response, we look for some level of customer service. But nope, they take your input and read you their “policy” which is pointless when they’re not consistent.
3. I joined 1 year ago, and they’re still under construction. But they finally opened a restaurant, good for them? Literally a waste of my time and investment in my fitness journey.
Attached are images of the same machines I’ve seen for two months , and it’s an eye soar to look at while working out. I can go on and on about this facility, but thankfully I’ve cancelled my membership and learned my lesson to make sure I do greater research when selecting a gym.
*I just noticed you can see the black tape they tried to use to hold the wire down ?
Although this may be a very negative review, I know for others, who are searching for a new home gym, this review will be productive in their research to help save their time and money.
It’ll be an insult to get a response from their Google account with some generic review, just like their response to other poor reviews.

I join this club a couple years ago. But their customer service and management both are worse. I would not recommend any one to join this club specially if they take membership. So here what happens I had an emergency came that I have to travel out of country with my kids and I also enroll my kids for swimming for next session not knowing that I will travel. I tried to talk with front desk they were unable to help and left everything on the manager that she will deal with. So here comes the fun part. Ms Patricia Wall is the manager I called her and told my situation that my kids won’t be able to take the session could you please help me cancel the class so I won’t pay for 10 session because my kids won’t be able to take the class due to travel emergency ‼️ to begin with she was super rude I was so surprise how can manger talk with the customer like this I mean come on… No respect towards the customer we are paying you and I know she can cancel it because there are so many people that are waiting for swimming classes but they’re on waiting list. Bottom line I would highly not recommend anyone joining this club they will never take there customers seriously and no respect towards them!! Even not one star deserves!

Worst experience ever for kids classes, I would suggest not take membership if you are taking it for kids classes. They can cancel the classes whenever they want and won't even inform you, you will come to know once you reach there. If you ask them, they will reply very rude. Specially for swimming classes you will never get the classes. I would suggest the management not to grow the membership count if you can't fullfil the services. They won't even deserve 1 star, specially for their rude behavior, please change your staff or teach them, how to behave with Members. I have already cancelled my membership and will suggest not to join as per my experience.

pun intended) Trish and Tom are Fabulous and make the class so much fun! I’ll definitely be a regular there ! <3

This is the best club - they make you feel like family - the trainers are always there to help you and help you up your game ? The children programs are so much fun for the kids - I took my grandson to the swimming lessons and he was so scared but Katie got him to love water ??
