As a former employee and Supervisor, I'd like to apologize for any bad review I may have caused. This store is full of hard-working employees and managers, doing their best with what they have. I would have to suggest that if anyone has any issues in the building before writing something negative that may impact an associates employment see the upper management in the building, The General Manager and Sales Manager are always available to customers' needs.

I came in to print out one copy of six pages and laminated on 02/13/24 at 4:15pm but the The Lady who works by the printing machines was very very rude and she asked me to come back for tomorrow while they are only six pages.Are used to come to this location all the time, but now not coming back.

Went into the Iselin, NJ store today to find two miserable employees. Ihad a few Amazon returns. I had everything package, labeled with QR codes and ready to go! One employee sent me to the other who was very rude telling it it's going to be a while. Then once he finally started assisting me just left half way through. The other employee finished up the return. Both were rude and visibley agitated. Either get better employees or treat the ones you have better.

This Staples has some of the best workers around. Special thanks to Karina, Gabby, Nicholas, and Rahual. Those workers are keepers forever.All the other customers who are leaving bad reviews are clearly the bottom of the barrel of retail shoppers who clearly come in to staples thinking they own it and make their own rules. I've seen these customers in the store while I was shopping and the management need to step up and ban these said customers.Also, I left a review before, and upon inspection it was deleted. I will be reporting this to staples corporate as it violates the consumer review fairness act.

I went to this staples today to do spiral binding. I never did spiral binding before. I was checking with the sales representatives, one lady was good to explain it to me. The other lady was very angry on my question and was being rude. I really don't understand why should she be rude to me.

If you have an abundance of floor model chairs, with dust and such. Then, policy should allow the selling of those who want to buy.

I bought an office chair here last week and realized that the quality isn’t great, I came here well within the return window, and the manager was so rude to accept the return. He said he can’t accept the return since I have Assurion plan on it and I need to call them to get an exchange. I kept telling him that I don’t like the product in first place and don’t need to exchange, and I am there well within the return window. He finally said he will do it as one time courtesy and cannot do it next time, I don’t understand how it is a one time courtesy, and who is going to buy at stapes next time if they behave like this. He kept an annoyed face while I was there..unfortunate that such people are in store manager roles..No wonder Amazon is flourishing. I will never buy any product at staples from here on.Store managers, don’t forget that this behavior is not just reflecting your personality but affecting overall staples brand

I've been at this Staples a few times, needing help with pictures. Today, I had a very unusual request of resizing and cropping my picture. It was apparently difficult to accomplish but when Simran took over, she was able to accomodate all my requests. Thanks Simran for the high knowledge, patience, and kindness.

Girl named Natasha in prints did an amazing job helping over 6 people (ALL AT ONCE!!!) while the floor manager decided to give us the excuse "I can't help you with printing" (how are you the floor manager and can't help us???)Natasha needs that raise or bigger title!

Absolutely horrible. I cannot believe a franchise business can be so low in quality service. This place is either understaffed or has a staff that’s great at hiding. I only ever see one cashier and one person at the print section. Speaking of the print section, the printer never works. Stay away from this place. Better off driving to the next closest staple!

No one on sales floor to help..I specifically asked for a paper receipt both times I was there.. She emailed them and printed a copy that states not valid for returns..It doesn't even have a transaction number. The emails don't have transaction numbers or the items that were purchased only coupons..SHOULD GIVE THE CUSTOMER A REGULAR RECEIPT EVERY TRANSACTION..

I would have given it a negative 5 if possible. Really rude, incompetent and disrespectful people. Messed up my order three times, too incompetent to even issue a refund- Manager is the worst!! was told to pay the employees over-time if I wanted to get my order fixed !!!

I absolutely detest this staples! EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here it's always a waste of time. If you ever need any printing done please do yourself a favor and skip right past them. Drive to the staples a town over, just don't go here unless you want to deal with a whole staff of people that literally have no idea what they are doing. I have no idea how this place is still up and running but just RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM! DONT SAY YOU WERENT WARNED.
