Vanessa and the rest of the team are fantastic! Excellent customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. My husband and I spent hours getting new phones and transferring from another service and they made the whole process very smooth.Siobhan has been extremely helpful with our additional questions, when we went back to the store. She has resolved issues quickly and provides clear information. A true customer service professional!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! They will lie to you about your plans (luckily for them I cared less because I already did my DD online in the T-Mobile app), lie to you about FREE ACCESSORIES INCLUDED AT NO CHARGE WITH THIS PURCHASE! but it all comes back in your bill as installments so do not fall for that trick because they wont mention its under installment.They will also offer you 360 protection (which I declined) and they will still jam you with it and you wont realize until you get the bill.In some occasions will lie to you about adding a free watch that come for free on the purchase, which its a 24 months bill credit and you only have to pay for the line. DO NOT FALL FOR THAT EITHER.I am a salesperson too, and I tell you that it's unethical to say "FREE WITH THIS PURCHASE" when you are literally charging them and jamming them with products they've clearly declined (Thats not selling, thats stealing and scamming).I am escalating this matter to corp if needed, I been with T-mobile over 10 years and they will lose me to Verizon if I don't get this ridiculous thing resolved (and trust me they will be happy to take me in when I tell them I am bringing 9 lines and home internet with me).NEVER EVER HAVE I HAD SUCH BAD EXPERIENCE BUYING A PHONE, NEVER. THATS WHY I WAS SOOOO FOOL AND NAIVE ON THIS TRANSACTION AND ATE ALL OF HIS LIES. GOOD JOB HAMZAH!

Was waiting for an hour just to be told that they weren't gonna have time to get new SIM cards. If I was told beforehand I would've gone to a different store. Just a waste of time and very rude.

Attempted to hold me and my father ransom to a buy one get one free but in the end was told will receive bill credits over 24 no period then without even leaving store lady tried telling us “ it’s too late we already signed and can’t take it back immediately spoke to manager and got retuned as I knew already we had 7-14 days to return couldn’t believe the woman was lying on the spot to force us into taking phones. Most unprofessional deceiving cell phone attempted transaction I can ever recall

I'm giving 5 stars because Stephenie deserves 10 stars...Every issue I've gone there with from being a sprint customer having to switch networks to activating a new phone when my son broke his, Stephenie is on point from her technical knowledge to customer service.Thank You Stephenie!!!

Terrible experience. Went to buy a new phone at this location and service applied my Assurant policy to the wrong phone number! We didn't realize this until it was too late. Now I have to pay for my new phone to be repaired out-of-pocket. T-Mobile hasn't been helpful at all (we called three times to have this issue resolved and the insurance policy is STILL on the wrong phone number).This has been a huge waste of time and a huge waste of money ..... but at least now I have insurance on my old beat-up phone I didn't care about to begin with. Thank you T-Mobile.

Terrible customer service and person acted like we were bothering her from the time we came in. Did not listen to my requests and raised her voice with with a nasty attitude when I retold my request. When asked other staff members if this supposed to be customer service, they said that they would not get involved, but then said I should not raise my voice. However that was after being subjected to a rude and nasty person and was trying to explain the correct request.

Do yourself a favor and go to another location nearby. This store has terrible customer service. Dealt with someone named Hamza I believe, and when I questioned some pricing compared to a competitor, he went on to mock and ridicule me. Guess we are not allowed to ask questions.Also, watch out for his little scam when you purchase a new phone where he says "Pick a new case and screen protector, its included in the price". What he really means is, I already put the cost of the case and screen protector in your monthly payment so pick one. Typical snake oil salesman. This guy is probably the worst salesman I have ever dealt with. Proceed with caution at this location.
