Every single person who I have encountered working at this pharmacy over the past 5 years clearly hates their job. They always look unhappy and cranky, they are always rude, mean, impolite, unfriendly and unhelpful. I understand having a bad day here or there as I work in a pharmacy myself, but to always constantly be so unpleasant is unacceptable. Not only is their behavior problematic, but they have no sense of patient centered care. For example, if a prescription is out of refills for a maintenance medication it is fairly simple to just fax the provider for additional refills. I understand that this is the patient’s responsibility as this is the patient’s medication, but honestly, how hard is it to press a couple of buttons to send a fax over too? A major purpose of your job is to help patients in the community and if that is something you’re not capable of then, why are you even there? Also, lying to patients about various things such as something not being covered by insurance is so immature. Yes, a majority of patients probably believe your lies because they don’t know any better, but many of us also work in the same field therefore, we know very well that you are just being a lazy liar. Please, do better, because if someone were to treat your family members the way you treat your patients, you would be extremely unhappy.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Waited for an hour just to hear, they we are filling up the meds and in the end they were out of stock. They keep customers waiting in queue forever.

i work for a local doctor's office and speak to many, many pharmacists every day. I have been doing this for 31 years. In all those years I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, rude, and all around nasty pharmacist. She was unreasonable and just plain horrible. If her boss is reading this I would definitely teach this woman how to speak to people!

Over-all I have had a pretty good experience with this pharmacy, my advice to you is to be polite and give a benefit of a doubt at times. To the people who commented about them being a little stressed, well don't aggravate them and give them common courtesy and respect. You get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar.

Customer service is horrible. I went today to purchase some items. The cashier lady was very nice . However , the manager was not helpful . She's rude and racist. She didn't even bother to check the price of my tuna.
