5 stars for Lola marsh the bank teller because of her great customer service and 0 star for the Indian lady who is manger I think last time I visit the bank I ask them for 100 dollar bills and she gave me all 20’s and said they have only 20’s I left the bank with stacks of twenty dollar bills pockets full of money not even one 100 dollar bill. What kind of bank is that you don’t have 100$ bills at all?and it happens every time when I visit any branch of Santander to withdraw money but last experience was so bad I’m switching my bank very soon .

We visited this branch for opening the account. we glad we met Shikha. She made the process so easy. Also ensured we have all the tools like mobile banking etc. all set up correctly. Extremely helpful to answer all our questions. Made follow up call to ensure we are not facing any issues. I will definitely recommend this branch and her. Thank you Shikha. You are awesome!

A bank is supposed to be a safe trusting place! Well think again because six years ago a former worker named bill scammed a family member this guy bill is a manipulating, sarcastic, fraud lowlife! I don't care that this happened six years ago I find the bank responsible because first off bill got sued and fired from this bank and the bank knows exactly why he got sued for aswell and the bank couldn't even call up the clients and let them kno bill got sued and that they should take their money out of this spia account and invested in an insurance company and BILL told my family member a lifetime income! He promised. My family member put in a lot of hard earned money and it's not fair how someone works all their live to make money and to be fooled into opening an account guaranteeing you something and lying about it! And now all the sudden everyone in this company is no longer responsible! My family memeber did not kno English very well, bill did not give all the information either he just told him some nonsense and as a banker to a customer you would trust and believe the banker! I just think it's messed up how bill thinks it's okay to scam elders and give them false information and the funny part of all is this was A bank! He is the type of person to make you look like your wrong and make him look innocent! This is not right he deserves to be locked up! Ur supposed to feel safe in Bank! You are supposed to trust the bank and the workers inside the bank. It's just sad and devastiving how an 80 year old man is stressed out loosing his life savings all because of a misleading liar, and scammer. I'm sorry no one deserves to be scammed especially a hard worker and now Santander has no part of this because companies don't want to own up to mistakes or their workers issues they somehow want to turn it around on others who cannot defend themselve and don't have the money to defend themself I'm writing this because I am so hurt on how you can't even trust a bank with your money I hope one day bill will loose all his money to see how he would like it! Because I know for a fact to loose over 100k your heart will drop!! It's not a fun feeling. This isn't pocket change.

So let me start off by saying the tellers are wonderful. Chris is awesome and once they know you it's like your friendly neighborhood bank. The only crappy thing is my dealings with the Indian woman who sits at the desk in the middle. My husband called for information and she hastened him off the phone with a "we don't open until 9." If they weren't open, then don't pick up. He didn't even get to ask what he wanted to. She has also been curt with me on occasion and I find her frustrating to deal with. Maybe sensitivity training or something should be considered. I avoid her like the plague and would rather go to another location than do any paperwork with her. But if you want a teller, the ones there get 5 stars.
