  I have CD at this bank only because of the rates. Not too happy with the customer service though. I was opening CD and I would expect the representative to be focused on my questions and attend to setting up the CD.   One of the worst bank in neighborhood, must be closed immediately and that manager needs to be fired for non cooperation with customer, no wonder I don’t see too many people in that branch now. Manager is hopeless, looks like she just woke up and walked to work. Walk away from this bank
