The sweetest, most accommodating, professional, proficient bank in these United States. I have never encountered a bank that totally helps as well as understands their customers. Overall, my experience with Santander Bank was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my banking needs were met with efficiency and care. I would definitely recommend this bank to others for its reliable service and customer-centric approach.

I've been a customer at this branch years before they even ever became Santander. I never thought about leaving because the employees have always been so nice. Although there has been some turnover through the years, they have maintained the same courtesy & care. They have always treated my parents & I like family. I was in there just yesterday and the tellers, Mercedes & Mikaela were so sweet. I highly recommend this bank.

I closed my account today and they refunded my account balance with 100$ less Always count money before taking money from this branch!!!

Worst experience I ever had in a bank. ATM machine froze and stopped working just as it was counting the money that I was withdrawing. To say the least my account was debited and the money never came out. Went in the branch spoke to a CSR behind the desk, to say the least they had no answers , couldn't get my money or have my money put back in my account. I was told to wait a few days to see if machine would auto correct if not I would have to file a claim to get my own money back. The usual 7 to 10 wait if I needed to do that. Unbelievable , clueless bank. They should have opened the machine but they didnt, horrible customer service. Will never use that branch again!
