Kia ev6 WIND AWD bought in October 2022 at Kia Sansone
Seller said im qualified for $7500 federal tax return but it was not
Now my car is dying after recall and software updated. Must jump start every single time to start the car ( can u image how frustrated i was when it’s raining or in rush time )
ICCU doesn’t charge the 12V battery for real
Stop by Kia Sansone by the tow and they said the battery is damage ( its just 20 months old battery and it’s already damaged? Or when my car recall they change my battery? )
So i have to pay $300 for battery replacement or if i dont replace the battery, i have to pay $190 for diagnostic
The battery is 3 years warranty! Why do i have to pay for
What can i do? Do i get the reimbursement from kia to replace my battery?

Finance a Kia Sorento a few months ago not even a year with it yet it's having problems stopping in the middle of road won't start don't recommend to get this car it won't last bad motor system. I had a Nissan Maxima prior for 7 years never had any problems with it

I had a great experience at Sansone Kia. They ask the right questions, no hoops to jump through. Very nice waiting area with coffee and a few vending machines.

Beware of this Kia Service location. I was sent a confirmation for 250.95 which i agreed. I also had a 10% coupon on parts and service valid till sep 3, which they refused to honor. They charged me for an hour of labour which was practically 5 mins of labour. All in all dont use their service. They charged a miscellaneous fee of 25, upon asking it was reverted and falsified documents showing a different invoice than what i had approved , i ended up paying almost 290

Poor communication. We bought a brand new car that had scuff marks on it so we were told “bring it by whenever” to get it fixed. We live 30 minutes away, and drove over just to be told we actually needed to make an appointment. We made an appointment and dropped the car off another day, and were told it would take a few hours. The car has been there for almost 3 days and still not fixed!!! If the fixing of the scuff marks needs to take that long, they should be more clear about the timeline expectations and not give inaccurate information. Due to their poor communication and handling of this problem, my husband and I have been running around and calling and now need to figure out how we can both get to work tomorrow with only 1 car since his Kia is still being fixed. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I’ve been taking my mom’s Kia to this dealership since we got it in 2014, since this is where we purchased it! The quality of service was always great in part due to Spencer Rampersad. You will never get better quality care elsewhere! He had been gone and my mom had refused to go there again, until I convinced her to. Nevertheless, Spencer is back, and so was the all-around quality of service from start to finish. Our only complaint is the it seems Kia is no longer providing coffee! Shame on Kia, it’s not a good look to be cheap with loyal customers!

Im very disappointed on how i have been treated. When i went and bought the car they were very attentive and helpful and nice! I decided to keep coming to the same place for maintenance, last service was a 15000 miles maintenance $350. I felt like the service was rushed thru and they didn’t even washed the car. When i left the place i noticed my car was making weird noises and lights on dash board flickering… ive been trying to reach them to address the problem and i can never talk to the services manager. Called a bunch of times left few messages, even texted the person who sold me the car and no one has called me back to address my problems. Im VERY disappointed with the service.

I cannot express how much I appreciate Joe, Paul III, and Raymond from the Service department. I really wish I would have known about Sansone Auto Mall when I started buying Kia’s back in 2014. I cannot thank you guys enough for getting involved with my situation with the other Kia dealership and actually buying me out of my vehicle and putting me in something new. The entire time we were there we were treated like family and received the best customer service. If I could give you 100 stars I would.

I got kicked out of their store for no reason !!
I went to their store and asked for a sales person to talk about buying a car, I sat down with a woman sales person, she asked me what features I'm looking for, price wise what's the budget, then I answered. I thought we were having a nice conversation, she all of a sudden walked up to a Caucasian manager, then the manager came to me and asked me to leave the store because they "take appointments" only. IV never needed an appointment at a dealership! I'm a 5'5 small Asian person. I was nice and all that, can't really think of any reason someone would ask me to leave. I ended up getting a KIA from another store.
What did I do to deserve being treated like this?
God help America!

Markups on new vehicles aren't terrible. Had an issue with the finance department that took way too long to address, but was ultimately resolved.
