I brought 2 jeeps at this location and have never been satisfied with the service department. Just fire the whole service department and start over again and that should fix the problem and this case manager that replied to this email…. Worthless as well

So a few months ago I had a service engine go on in my car. Took my car in took them almost two weeks to have my car ready. They never call to give an update like they promise they'd do then get mad when you call back. The kicker though. I had an unopened bottle of Tequila in the back of my car. When I get my car back the bottle of Tequila was empty put back into the back of my car with the seal over the neck of the bottle with no top. How is that even okay. I will not be going to this location again.
Avoid!!!!!

This was my first service appointment at Sansone Jeep and it was very good. Loved the drive through drop off. And the service guy that checked me in was Great. Informative, Helpful and answered questions that I had. He also kept me informed while I waited for my vehicle. Highly recommended!

No phone calls back for a finance issue that I’ve been trying to reach them in over 7 months. I’m not local. I have record of every phone call made and zero return call. Shame on you!!! Worst service ever! THE WORST! Stay away from SANSONE dealerships

Had my jeep at route 4 and they told me 2 weeks to even look at my car I called around to other dealers no one would see my car without a appointment until I spoke to Juan at Sansone he told me to bring the car in and they would check the codes and see what they could do from there.When I got to the dealership Juan advised me I had a Evap leak and he could have the car ready in 2-3 days I did ask for a rental they didn’t have one at the moment but Juan gave me the number to Chrysler customer care since my car was still under factory warranty and they approved for me to get a rental from enterprise that they would reimburse me on once I sent them the receipt I was going to order a Uber to pick up the rental but Juan told me not too that the dealership offers free Lyft rides and he got me a ride to enterprise.When I picked up my car Friday the check engine light was gone and they gave me a free oil change since it was my first service visit at Sansone couldn’t be happier with the service

This review is for the service department. I have been a customer since July 2021 and have only been working with Nick, who has always been AMAZING!. Unfortunately, my visit today just did not feel the same as Nick is no longer with this service department. The level of customer service that I received today was very mediocre, and I actually never felt this way working with Nick. Hopefully things change or I will have to rethink visiting this location for future services.
