This place has the worst service! I've bought 2 different cars in 4 years from different dealers at sansone, and every experience I've had with them is terrible. God help you if you take your car to be serviced, because a minor repair will take a week, and they won't give you a loaner, even when it's clearly a manufacturer issue. I get the convenience of having so many car brands in one place, but if you have even a slight inkling of what you want, go somewhere else

Everything was great when I bought my new Toyota Camry. The seller Jorge Pico was excellent and helped us with everything we needed during the process. Hector was also very kind. They were both very professional. I recommend Toyota Sansone 100%.

Once again, my vehicle that I purchased less than two years ago had to be brought in to Chrysler service for engine issues. I have been a customer with Sansone for over ten years. I informed the technicians that my car was misfiring, and slipping at times, they shrugged me off and listed the car was brought in for oil changes with no further issues. This dealership has been selling me Lemons and getting away with it... I understand it's a money game, but it's not a game when it involves people's lives and taking Food out of my children's mouths... If anyone has had bad experiences with Sansone auto mall dealership in Avenel, NJ, i am very willing to get together and file a class action lawsuit. Enough is Enough...

Absolutely will NEVER recommend this place! Huge inventory but cut throat managers! Thought we had a car being serviced, waiting to go back and test drive it, then it was sold ! Found another dealer and walked out with a better looking car, less miles and better deal! Unfortunate because the salesperson was awesome!

Worst excuse for service I’ve ever seen. Didn’t sign any paperwork agreeing to pay, but magically they wouldn’t return my vehicle without paying?? Then they wanted even more money to reassemble what they took apart. I declined, I put it back together in 10 minutes. Upon reassembly found parts were missing which I had to drive back to the wanna be garage. I especially like how their diagnosis on paper contradicts physics and mechanics the way the vehicle works. Pressurized the system and found leaks??? How with the hose as seen below.??? Steer clear of these crooks.

Great service and courtesy but I can be a bit snobbish at times and dislike the use of yeah instead of yes. Other than that I have no complaints only praise and would recommend Sansone to anyone.
