This store is a complete rip-off just. They were charging me 250 for a necklace I found on the internet for 100. Stay away unless you want to be robbed.

I really mean it when I say this DONT GO THERE...they will rip you off. They quoted me something three times it's cost thinking they'd fool me. Very dishonest people working there especially the one lady I dealt with. Will NEVER go there again. I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE.

Amazing Service, Super Professional, and Courteous…I came in for a ring resizing after every other major shop said they need 2 weeks at minimum…not only did I get the ring back the same day it was done while I waited there!

I wish i could give 0 star, because this deserves negative star. We have bought many gold with this store and also referred many customers to this store and brought a lot of business to them as well but after visiting this store last time it seemed they did not deserve any of the business we gave them.So we bought 6 gold bangles with them literally 4-5 weeks ago and we were concerned about the quality but the owner was so keen to sell it so he stated "take it if anything happens you bring it back and i will replace it, i guarantee. " so we bought it with his word.After 2 weeks, the bagles broke in two pieces and we went there with bagles. He is like i will change it but you will have to pay labor charges which is $1300+ for all 6 bangles not for the one that broken which makes no sense. He wanted to charge labor for all six bagles. The owner behavior was not professional at all he was sounding like we broke it and its impossible that bagles can break in short time.The quality of the bagles is so weak and after reading some of the reviews, a lot of people have the same issues of broken baglesfrom this store.This fix can be done in india for only around 1000 ruppes which is fraction of the cost.We will take this to a certified laboratory and ask them to check the quality of this gold and if we find something not right we will take legal action against this store and filed official complaint with consumer bureau so they can't rip off other customers. Share this with others.PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE.

Owner's wife and as well daughter in law both are so rude we were there on 14th August to exchange gold bracelet for me and for my mom which I brought it couple weeks ago so when I went there they were so rude making faces not interested in you so on many things happen don't even want to go there any longer so plz don't go there this is trash
