We recently moved to Sewaren, and Sal's was recommended to us by a neighbor. I had a cut/blow dry, and was not disappointed. I'm very happy with my hair! Sal and his employees are also very friendly and personable. I will be returning here in the future.

My Mother in law has gone to him for years. He always did a beautiful job on her hair. She recently has been living in a nursing home and they had no hairdresser and she hadn’t had haircut for months. We called to see if we could bring her in and he offered to go to the nursing home. He went a few days later and did a wonderful job! Thank you Sal! You are the best! We can can not thank you enough!

Very disappointed. Went for a haircut and blow-dry. You could pick up the amount of hair they cut with tweezers (I'm sure they didn't even have to sweep the floor) and my hair is uneven; also, my hair looks better if I let it airdry than after that "blow-dry". They charge me way too much for the quality of work. They might be better for ladies with short hair, so if you have long hair, stay away. Never going back or recommending.

Awesome experience with Sal. I been going to him for over 20 years. I have long blond hair. It looks beautiful because of Sal. Plus he is pleasant and happy and caring with people.

Sal is the best of the best! I’ve been going to him for a haircut and now color for the past 40 years! I will never give him up and highly recommend him! I constantly get compliments on my hair!
