We came to Lucas Chevrolet with no time to spare and a lease that needed to be rolled over yesterday. We left the same night with a brand new Traverse, and peace of mind. From Super Sales Rep Alex Acevedo (his super hero cape is invisible), Mr. Lucas, Mike, Vinny, this team of pros got it done, despite a storm and slow computers. The lease was agreed upon in a relaxed atmosphere, yes, we were apart at first, but they worked with us and it was done in minutes. I’m happy to find a dealership I can trust, and particularly someone like Alex , who listened. I recommend this business.

Be careful of what you see on their site. Hated paying the illegal $2,000 markup. It is a scam I feel and illegal too to do so. Wish GM would go the way of the Tesla Sales Model. Wish they would refund at least part of it. That will make them look really good. Recently they showed the Blazer EV online for under 30K which probably was to fool people to come in take a look and then charge much more. GM should really come up with a Tesla sales model at least as a choice first to consumers.

I was very impressed with your salesman, Alex Acevedo's, knowledge of the inventory and product being sold. He was very professional during the whole process. He was not pushy and let us browse and let us take our time in making our decision. After choosing a vehicle, he and the staff made it simple and pleasant to finalize the sale.
