The taste of the food was average. The portions were satisfying for a normal person. The kids loved the fresh lobster. The waiter did not pay proper attention to us and had a sullen face. If you only eat seafood (pescatarian), you can choose it. Thank you.

To be a local and not like coming to this venue is sad, but I come back hoping my visit would be different. I decided to eat at the bar since there was no one there and the wait for a table was more than 10 minutes. The minute I walked to the bar area, there was a group of employees huddled together, and when asked if I could dine at the bar, I received an unwelcomed yes by the bartender. With my partner, we went ahead and ordered sodas to start. The drinks were so flat I decided to drink a beer. They definitely needed to change something in the soda machine. The food service was prompt. The steak and shrimp were a bit salty to my liking, but I enjoyed my meal. I dont know when soon I will be visiting again. I think an establishment like this corporate should invest in a better look for their employees. Maybe it is the management that needs to change for the moral of the employees' to change. Then maybe the service will be better.

Went to red lobster with my family what I can say about my experience over there is the waitress was nice she was helpful things was good for a little until the waiting part got worst the food took almost an hour to come an then leaving to get the check was the same problem they need to hire more waiters an waitresses an train them properly the food was good but I'm never ever eating there again because the waiting time was horrible an made service run slow an another thing please play some music that we all love like I don't know old school hip hop jazz or r&b please I don't want to listen to something that I don't like

This was the worst experience. The food and the service was garbage. Two orders were sent back due to taste and quality of food. The staff needs serious training. A deep clean of the restaurant is necessary! It was a terrible waste of money.

This place stole $100.00, from my mother. She gave the server too much for the bill, and when she spoke to the manager, she said that the waiter had already left. Never coming back here, again. Theft, is what this is. They never gave me the coleslaw that came with my meal, either. They also refused to bring it out, to my mother’s car.

Where should I start? Came in and the host Will was pleasant and got us seated quickly which was the best part of dinner.Sat down and was sitting for almost 18 min before the server came over. When she did she didn't bother to give her name. All she did was as were we ready to order which we had to ask her name which she said was Karen. She brought bread over and took our drink order which took another 15 min to get along with water. After she brought the drinks we order and that took over 35 min to bring. Never once coming over saying anything about why it was taking so long to bring our entrées.Once entrées comes from the people in the back Karen never came over to check on us to see if everything was OK. She was walking around talking to other servers which they were doing their job but I have no idea what she was doing because we go no attention from her. While we were eating I asked for more scampi since I ordered the Endless shrimp and that took another 20 min which at that point I was ready to go so we just asked for containers so we could go and even then she was walking around and finally brought us the containers. We asked her while she was there to bring the check because we was worried she would disappear again and not be seen for another 30 min. Once she brought the check we paid and waited for her to bring it back so we could sign the check and get out of there.I like Red Lobster but Karen needs to be retrained or fired because she's not a good host.Choose Red Lobster at your own risk of poor service. I hope if management reads this they will take action and grt better service

I love Red lobster. My favorite is the spicy salmon If you visit Iselin Red lobster you must be prepared for photos . I loved see a good photo of my family on a frame.In the picture it was a order for the next day ??

Waited 2 hours (yes - TWO) for our food, only for it to be packed up. I’m leaving the place hungry. This was a first time experience at red lobster and I was looking forward to it. Certainly won’t be back anytime soon. :/
