The people in the store are very rude, I went in to have my ring replaced as the stones are falling out. Which I’ve had this ring for about a year. They told me to go to a jeweler to have them add in new stones. I’ve never had an issue with getting my rings replaced before due to damage no matter how long it’s been. I’ve also been on hold for over 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone.

So the reason for my rating is as follows ; #1. When customers walk into the store they should immediately be greeted , #2. The staff at this location needs to be trained in customer service because it doesn’t take 3 people to help one person , and if the customer does not ask about price def don’t bring it up ESP IF your not the one helping me.i wanna purchase not steal( the vibes , I mean it was uncomfortable ) ALSO Don’t be spicy if you can’t handle spice. I mean RUDE #3. The atmosphere is nice. HOWEVER the ambiance it just needs a better floor layout. It’s too tight in there. Also work is to work , it’s not a social gathering. Everyone all the way up to management we’re basically in a huddle talking most of the time we were there didn’t even give me a receipt. I mean it just wasn’t a great experience, I love my bracelet though.

The girls here have SUCH A BAD ATTITUDE. I don’t like this location and I don’t recommend it at all. Employees are very rude. I went to menlo after and it was a complete different experience for me and they were so nice . Maybe go and learn something from management in that location 12/5

12/21/23 I sent my wife here to get her wrist size to purchase 2 bracelets , she was waiting for customer service for 20 min and asked for help twice , she was told “we will be right with you” and yet they kept helping other customers but her which I do not understand why? Would there be such a reason why she didn’t get no help?

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE AND THE STAFF THEY'RE ALL WONDERFUL I COME TO THE MALL FOR ONE STORE AND ONE STORE ONLY THEREFORE I COME IN SMILING AND I LEAVE OUT SMILING AND LAUGHING CUZ I GOT JUST WHAT I WANTED. I WILL ALWAYS SHOP PANDORA

Store says open until 9pm, went at 8:05 closed up and store hours sat until 9. Now I know why everyone goes to the menlo store.

Go to Menlo Park! I purchased a bracelet at Woodbridge and went to exchange the item because one of the stones was missing. After discussing the issue with three Woodbridge staff members, none seemed willing to offer a solution that was consistent with the written Pandora warranty. Here is a list of the suggestions by Woodbridge staff, after I was told the item was discontinued (which you later verified was not discontinued).1. Staff member 1 suggested I should go to another Pandora and hunt the item down. I questioned how this was my responsibility and that she could easily look up the item and let me know which Pandora has the item.2. Staff member 2 looked up the item and claimed one was in NY. Again since the item was discontinued, there was no way to verify the item was available. They were expecting me to travel to another store without verifying if the item was available. I also questioned why it was not possible in the era of 1 day shipping to have the item shipped? I then asked for a manager.3. The manager who said her name started with a K already knew I was upset and made no effort to calm me down or provide solutions consistent with the Pandora warranty which was in my hand. She also suggested that I go to another store after they located the item. I again asked how was this my responsibility, to which she replied, "if this was my piece, I would travel." I replied that she is her, and I am me and how such an approach was not something I was willing to do.4. K then suggested that I call Pandora 800 number to see if they could track the item down. I again asked why was this task along with the others being placed on me?This location is terrible!

Stay away from this store at all cost. I bought a engraved charm lock that’s supposed to open. The next day it would not open due to a manufacturing defect. This is the second time something happen to me at pandora. So when i called the manager Karen to discuss what happened and for it to be fixed . She yells at me telling me she won’t do anything for me and I have to contact customer service. So I went in store and after 30min of shaking her head at me, laughing at me then calling security on me. She finally refunded me but not for the $20 engraving. Even her staff was looking at me laughing like I was some kind of joke. Not professional at all. Stay away from this store and especially Karen.

I did not have a good experience here with the morning shift of 8/8. When we first arrived at the mall around 1pm, my bf went in to get my jewelry cleaned (several rings and 3 bracelets) and the store associate (two heavier set ladies) working told him they do not do cleanings while a sale is going on. I’ve been a pandora jewelry customer for so long and always get my jewelry cleaned at the mall even during Christmas time ! A few hours after I was done doing my shopping, we went back to the store since i noticed there was now a different set of workers due to a shift change. What the previous associate told him was an absolute lie. We were informed that the cleanings are always and we felt stupid for even asking ! Overall not a good experience, we were interested in the sale since we always partake but I guess i’ll stick to another location.

Wow like I can’t believe the employees at this place. I walk in and am greeted by the most sarcastic “can I help you” I’ve ever heard. I can’t remember her name but she was the overweight one. Tried to talk to a manager about this but they told me he was “out on a smoke break again”. Honestly didn’t even feel safe shopping there kept getting angry looks by all the employees.
