thank you guys for helping my grandma get her rings off today. The cuts were very clean, and the woman I talked to when I called agreed with me that this was a way better option than the emergency room. The er would've stressed grandma out.. and then they'd butcher the rings.I think we're just gonna put her other ones on a necklace from now on so that it doesn't happen again + she'll still be able to keep them close.Thanks again. you guys are awesome.

I stopped by Neves in Woodbridge to have minor repairs done on two rings. it's just days before Christmas so I expected to have to leave them. the woman who helped me was so nice and friendly. she showed the rings to the jeweler who fixed and cleaned them in under ten minutes. There was no charge for the repairs so the least I could do is leave a wonderful review!

My family has been using Neves for years now and they really were the only option we considered when it came time to our wedding jewler. They customized a wedding band for my husband and helped me pick out a gorgeous setting for my late grandmothers engagement diamond to be set into. I also purchased a watch to gift my husband from here as a wedding day gift which was rimless and classic! We have worked with Kris there for years and she’s really such a wonderful person. Cannot recommend them enough.

A wonderful jeweler with two very convenient locations both near my home and work. Chris, who has been with Neves for over 26 years, had helped clean my 30+ year old watch and answer a few questions! She was knowledgeable, quick and definitely made a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the woodbridge location. I dont know much about rings and I can get overwhelmed when talking about something a know so little about. She helped explain the quality of the gold, diamonds and Onyx. She also gave great advice on which finger the ring looked best on, without the ring being an inconvenience grabbing my phone etc. Lee the owner introduced himself and offered a very reasonable price. I was extremely happy to purchase such a fine ring from the store and I will surely be back and recommend friends and family!I highly recommend Neves Jewelers based on their experience, courtesy and price. I went into Neves Jewlers Woodbridge location today looking to buy a watch to wear to work. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The sales associate named Jennifer was extremely pleasant and went totally out of her way to help me. She even took a watch out of the window display to show me, which I eventually ended up buying. Thank you Jennifer for going out of your way the way you did. I am definitely going back the next time I need anything from a jewler.

Fabulous selection of jewelry and watches. Chris and John’s customer service was beyond awesome!! I purchased a crucifix for my nephew/Godson’s baptism and they helped me 100% of the way. Thank you Chris and John for the amazing experience!! I highly recommend and will be back very soon!!

I had just received a watch that I had ordered and needed it to be resized as it was too big on my wrist. Upon arriving someone attended to me immediately. Yes, the store was empty and it was towards the end of the day but the service was swift and quick. The staff was friendly & attentive. I look forward on continuing to do business with them.

My engagement ring band split in half, they were highly recommended to me and I was certainly not disappointed, my ring looks as good as brand new after 17 years, reasonably priced, trustworthy, a pleasure to deal with and my ring looks amazing!!! Highly recommend!
