Been to this place multiple times over the past two years and just had to write a review as these guys are providing excellent service. First time, had to replace a steering coupling which was making clicking/thud sounds. They diagnosed the issue correctly and asked me to get the right part as they didn't have the space. A few days later I stopped by and they fixed it in a couple of hours. And the labor was very reasonable, around $125. I had gotten a quote earlier at another shop nearby and they quoted in the hundreds, yes the ones who give a bad reputation to mechanics globally. Another time, had to stop by for fixing an electrical issue as the car was not starting. They found the issue to be a fuse, which was simple enough. They didn't even charge me anything. Stopped by today for an inspection sensor "not ready" issue. Just did a computer check and told the sensors look good and we should be good to go for inspection again, charged $20. Also stopped by once for an oil leak/change, found out the issue was the oil pan nut being loose, think it was around $30-40. These guys are not greedy by any means, very pleasant to interact with and seem to do a good job, at least for the simple fixes I needed. Highly recommend. Thank you Neel Auto!Services: Electrical repair

Called to ask about bringing my car in for an ABS sensor replacement and was hung up on mid-sentence 15 seconds into the call...Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a dropped call but I tried to call back a few times over the next 15 minutes and all of them rang out. Never reached back out to me either, adding to my feeling that I was intentionally hung up on.Not entirely sure what I did wrong but if they'd rather me bring the car in person than ask about services over the phone they could just say so instead of hang up on me while I'm speaking.

This garage does very good work on cars and are nice people. They do all types of jobs from big to small...pricing is good too...you can stop by the garage, but setting an appointment is more convenient. Excellent location. I would highly recommend.

I bought a used Audi A6 with the 3.0T engine and noticed the previous owner brought it here because a Neel sticker for the next oil change was on the windshield along with talking with them. I do all my work myself and specialize in VW/Audi cars. I was doing an oil change and when I removed the oil filter cap, I noticed the oil filter never came out and instead was left in the housing. I looked at the cap and the stem that the filter slides onto was broken. My oil filter was sitting all loose inside the oil filter housing! I went ahead and ordered a new oil filter cap for $20. Along with this, the oil filter was double gasketed/o-ringed. One o-ring was all the way at the bottom of the housing (red o-ring, refer to photo, which no o-ring goes there) and one was in its proper place right at the top of the filter (black o-ring, refer to photo). Along with this, while I was under the car to remove the belly pan to drain the oil, the front radiator splash shield was held on by 2 out of 4 bolts, one of which wasn't even the right bolt, and a second belly pan was completely missing. There is other work done on this car like the U-style exhaust clamps. VW/Audi exhaust clamps and sleeves rust out easily, and instead of paying $20 for OE clamps straight from Audi, AutoZone U-clamps were installed still resulting an in exhaust leak and an exhaust rattle that I fixed by installing an x-pipe. Multiple underbody covers are broken, missing bolts, or have been torn by pulling them off with bolts that weren't removed. My AC was also intermittently working, upon scanning I found the AC module was intermittently getting signals from the AC pressure switch, and when it did it was reading "implausible signal". I bought an OEM AC pressure switch ($30) since it went bad. When removing the switch, it was replaced by Neel's and the o-ring installed wasn't even the right size, slightly too large possibly resulting in AC refrigerant leaking out which I need to double check now. The AC switch was a non-branded Chinese AC switch which is possibly why it failed so early.I tried calling Neel's to request the service history from the previous owner since the previous owner didn't keep their records or weren't supplied with them occasionally (I like everything documented even if I know work was performed). I was met with a "Sorry no records". I asked if they had any computer documentation and was told "No no, no computer" and was immediately hung up on like they're trying to hide something. The guy on the phone had an accent so it may have been a language barrier but I still got the feeling that they didn't even want to tell me what they did since I was immediately hung up on after "No no, no computer". Seems they don't even document their own service or keep records of the work they perform. Unbelievably sloppy work which they hid from the previous owner that I'm now fixing.

Very experienced guys, I have been in the auto parts business for over a decade and I can tell the difference between a real Machenic or guys who are still learning.

Went to this auto shop years ago to have a simple air filter replaced. (I had a medical injury or I would have done it myself)As the mechanic was replacing the air filter he cleaned the air flow sensor with pressurized air. Nice of him, but this was a bad idea, because these sensors are extremely sensitive, and will be damaged from this. After completing the air filter replacement, I started the car and the idle was in limp mode (car was idling rough, rpm's going up and down). I asked the mechanic what happened, and the mechanic said "not my problem" repeatedly, I said REALLY?!! not your problem, WTHSo I brought it to another shop and they said it was obvious, and that you never shoot pressurized air into the air flow sensor.$20 job ended up costing me $100 since I had to replace the air flow sensor. Can't make this stuff upService: General repairs & maintenance

I went here on 05/17. My Hyundai was vibrating really badly when it went above 40 mph and I thought it was a tire issue but it turned out to be a damaged brake hose. Very honest and knowledgeable mechanics here.-Syed
