I moved to the area about 3 years ago and one of the biggest struggle was finding a new nail salon/tech. Everyone here is super nice and friendly. I didn’t care for crazy designs as long as they can shape my nails and do a clean polish. I had services done with a few different people but I’m someone who likes to go to the same person so now I just make my appointments with one person. My husband loves their jelly pedi and I also bring my mom here for a gel mani and pedi. Place is always clean and inviting. I don’t always take pics of my nails but here’s a few that was done. I usually show the tech a photo inspo and they get the job done. Highly recommendServices: Nail art

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and I always have a beautiful set leaving. They listen to the changes and edits you want to make with no hassle; my tech rounds my edges (but still keeps my shape!) because I have a dog and don’t want to poke their eyes out when playing. I do make appointments but have seen them take walk ins, when it’s not packed with appointments, almost immediately. And personally my sets lasts 4 weeks, maybe longer. As for pedicures the tech asks me throughout if anything hurts and personally I never had a bad experience with either service. I have even recommended this location to friends and family who still currently go.Only recommendation is to call and make an appointment because I’ve seen it busy and personally I rather be safe than sorry. The lady who did my nails was very rough , and I had to keep telling her to fill in spots while she was painting my nails . I also haven’t even have a manicure done for 3 days and the nail polish all came off . It’s pathetic I will never be going there again .Service: Gel manicures

It was OK. Got a pedicure here in a pinch. The lady dug in my nails with a cuticle trimmer and pinched me once. I wasn't happy. Other than that, it was pretty general. However, pretty sure they rent out the stations and the techs keep their own schedules instead of there being 1 schedule for all of the techs. It has changed a lot since I used to go there 15 years ago for acrylic nails and airbrush design. I would probably try another place before going back there for a pedicure but in a pinch, id go again.

One star is way too much credit. My boyfriend and I came in for a simple gel mani and pedi. Upon walking in there were 4 people available to do nails and they all went to the back huddled up and then came back out and said we had to wait. A woman of the opposite race (we are black) came in with her daughter and was seated immediately, they gave her a color book to choose her color and asked me what color I wanted. Then they did a horrible job on my feet I had to constantly tell them that they did not paint my entire toenail. They also messed up on my boyfriends mani by cutting his nails extremely too short (you can see his meat) and only put one coat of clear polish on my his nails. HORRIBLE PLACE I will never go here again. They are racist and pick and choose who they want to do a good job on. Disgusting place and disgusting people

I have been coming to this salon for about a year and half or more. My nails are always done exactly how I like them. The employees are friendly and personable. I always make an appointment and I never have to wait. The salon is very accommodating and they have great nail color choices. The staff is very talented with the designs too. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for beautiful, long lasting nails. They also just got new pedicure chairs and they are wonderful.Services: Pedicure

Always a hit or miss. Pedicures are 100% a no! Anytime I have gotten one, I left with a cut or a bleeding toe.My fill ins are usually very good. I show the worker what I want and usually, it is spot on. Occasionally, he will rush and some paint will chip after about a week. He always offers to fix for free. But I don’t want to have to go back to get it fixed. Prices are good and I am able to get consistent appointments.Services: Acrylic nails

Dear God, where do I begin...I went to this establishment several times prior and started getting these horrible ingrown toenails afterwards. The flesh around the sides of my toenails would become extremely painful, inflamed, and sometimes start to ooze. I had never before had ingrown toenails in my entire life. I would sometimes notice the pedicurist nipping aggressively at the sides of my nails, but assumed that she was simply removing the dead skin, and blamed the ingrown toenails on perhaps me being a runner.I decided to give this place (yet another) chance and went in for a pedicure recently. My toenails were finally looking decent after a significant injury last November — and I was quite eager to finally have my feet look nice and polished. I specifically requested — and repeated several times — for the nails not to be cut too short at the sides, mentioning my past problem with ingrown nails. The girl doing my nails proceeded to clip the sides of the big toes, despite me requesting two or three times for her not to touch the sidewalls — since I have been prone to getting ingrown toenails, especially when the nail isn’t carefully cut. My nails were finally growing normally, after struggling for many months with ingrown toenails and significant pain. My toenails were neat and short, and I wasn’t expecting much, other than cuticle care, buffing and shaping, and callus removal.Unfortunately, my request seems to have fallen on deaf ears. The girl proceeded to cut deeply into the side walls. The clipping instrument she used left behind visible jagged spikes, and she did a poor job smoothing the jagged bits. A day or so following, I was in severe pain and my skin was sore, inflamed, and oozing pus — after not having experienced this horror for the last 8 months.Upon closer inspection, I noticed that — aside from the jagged edges which I had filed away myself, she had cut the nail at the sides at a bizarre angle, leaving splitting and spiky bits of nail throughout almost the entire length of the side wall. There was at least an inch of spiked nail, cutting into the sides of my skin — that would take at least 3-6 months to grow out to be even with the other length. My skin was extremely inflamed and painful, there was oozing pus — and my respite from the horror of ingrown nails had come to a screeching halt.Another toenail was cut in a manner where the nail to the side was split into two, forming spikes that reached deeply into the sides of the skin, in a manner that was almost impossible to fix. This was after I had clearly and explicitly requested the girl not to do this, and to not “round” my toenails — and repeated this request several(!) times, requesting a simple square shape. I understand that there might be a language barrier, but basic common sense ought to dictate that cutting nails in this manner isn’t a good idea! There was spiking — and the nail was cut in such a manner as to virtually guarantee the formation of ingrown toenails for months — again! One would think that a pedicurist would have the common sense and judgment to not cut nails in such a manner, causing harm — or at least significant and lasting discomfort— to her clients. One would think that she would make sure there would be no spiky bits that would cut into skin and perhaps cause infections. Unfortunately, my expectations were clearly too high! I was also perhaps unreasonable in expecting that a request — repeated multiple times — would be heeded. I don’t think that it’s unreasonable to expect a nail salon to not give you an infection...In addition to the above, the salon’s sanitation also seems kind of iffy — and I think that they might reuse some scrubbers without properly sanitizing them. In the past, I acquired a gnarly fungal infection requiring 6 weeks of oral antifungals, following receiving services at this salon. I am quite annoyed by having spent money — only to be in pain and have my running affected for God-knows-how-many months because a pedicurist doesn’t know how to properly trim toenails!Service: Pedicur

Called and got an appointment within the same hour. However my nails are not all even shape wise. I also feel as the tech was rushing when it came to my pedicure. Would go again if I need to get something done quickly again

1 star is too much. They rush through the service and the product is as expected...unsightly. Truly wish I could get back my $50 and my wasted time.
