Madleen Jewelry is absolutely the most professional, friendly, and remarkable business to work with. Every time I go in I’m greeted with a warm smile & feel so at ease with their advice. While trying to find a jeweler for my engagement ring & after stopping at many counters I was greeted by salesmen with no excitement or warmth to work with me. When I was about to give up I met Matthew from Madleen, who not only was excited to help me but in his words “would be honored” to design my ring. He beyond exceeded my expectations & executed my dream into a reality. I’ve made several purchases since then & they’re currently working on our wedding bands. I cannot recommend them enough! Matthew at Madleen Jewelers was an absolute DREAM to work with. He helped me find the perfect wedding band and walked me and my parents through the entire process. Our daughter has been searching for a wedding ring for quite a while, but couldn’t anything she liked. That is, until we went to Madleen Jewelers at the Woodbridge Jewelry Exchange. From the moment we started speaking with Matthew, we knew we were in the right place! He was soooo welcoming, kind, and patient with us the entire time we were there!!! He made this special moment in our life even more special which we are forever grateful for!!! Words cannot describe how far above and beyond Matt, from Madleen, went to get me what I needed on time. Not only did I get a ring that exceeded my expectations, came in at budget, and fits perfectly - the big thing is how obvious it is that the employees at Madleen ACTUALLY CARE.I thought I knew what I wanted, but I was wrong! I highly recommend this business.If you're looking for a welcoming, honest, fun jewelry shopping experience, then look no further. I bought a custom engagement ring and custom wedding band here, which turned out exactly how my wife and I envisioned them to be. I also purchased my own wedding bands and a few other items here and I truly couldn't be happier with all of the products they have sold to me. The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, it has been a delight to work with them. I will most definitely be going back for my future needs!
