Words cannot describe how far above and beyond Matt, from Madleen, went to get me what I needed on time. Not only did I get a ring that exceeded my expectations, came in at budget, and fits perfectly - the big thing is how obvious it is that the employees at Madleen ACTUALLY CARE.I thought I knew what I wanted, but I was wrong! Without their guidance, maybe she wouldn't have said yes! hahaThis is my second experience at Madleen and once again they've proven to be the best-of-the-best. I'll never go to another jeweler as long as I live. Thank you Guys!! See you soon!!

I cannot say enough good things about Matt and everyone who is a part of Madleen! They were so helpful throughout the entire engagement process - answering all questions, giving their professional opinions, and making the experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend this business.If you're looking for a welcoming, honest, fun jewelry shopping experience, then look no further. I bought a custom engagement ring and custom wedding band here, which turned out exactly how my wife and I envisioned them to be. I also purchased my own wedding bands and a few other items here and I truly couldn't be happier with all of the products they have sold to me. The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, it has been a delight to work with them. I will most definitely be going back for my future needs!

Had an amazing experience shopping at Madleen and being assisted by Simon. I was shopping for the perfect engagement ring and he helped me start from scratch. He even custom ordered the setting for me when they did have the style halo setting I wanted to fit with the shaped Diamond I had chosen. Definitely helped with my anxiety and sage to say my fiancé absolutely loved it! Madleen is the ONLY jeweler we deal with now.

Everyone here is so helpful & friendly! My fiancé bought my engagement ring here so naturally we had to go here for our wedding rings! I actually ended up buying two diamond bands to stack! My fiancé wanted a specific ring and they made sure to get it for him. We love them so much I introduced my mom to Madleen Jewelry and she’s now started to buy her jewelry there. You won’t be disappointed!

These guys deserve your business more than any other jeweler at the Woodbridge exchange. They are very caring and attentive to your needs. This review was originally made a few months ago but google does not allow you to make two reviews so I’m adding to it because I just left Madleens 10 minutes ago with my second purchase with another happy experience. I bought two new pairs of earrings with a picture below. Mathew, Simon, and Oscar were all very patient and so helpful throughout my time there. Customer service is very important especially when dealing with a customer like me who is very finicky. They were very attentive and made me feel comfortable. I bought this tennis necklace from them, amazing quality. I bought that necklace like 3 months ago, and now I’m editing this review since google won’t let me leave two lol.

I have purchased many jewelry pieces from Madleen over the years and would highly recommend them to anyone. The gentlemen are so so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They have traditional pieces, diamonds, gold, but also stay very current on trends.

Very disappointed at the service I received from this so-called highly respected jeweler. The clasp on my five millimeter 20-in rope chain gold chain has a lobster claw that is not gold. Everything and everyone from Woodbridge jewelry exchange are just all liars deceivers and scammers and they should be shut down. Every time I go back there and I try a new jeweler I get the same results. This time I got smart I did not pay cash I paid by credit card and a dispute is now coming. Every site that is in conjunction with this jewelry store I will put a comment on with a picture. Gold does not stick to a magnet look at the picture.
