I love this Macy's! Susan in the makeup department is the best! She is so nice and helpful. I recommend her ! they are very professional and polite at this location. I also bought my new shoes on sale here. Michael Kors sandals with at 30% off was great for their sale!

We waited 15 mins while a person was in front of us checking out, only for the cashier to say i be right back and left, just walked away! Three other workers stood their because they weren’t “authorized” . Another department rang us up. I’ll go elsewhere next time.I wish Shrewsbury didn’t close, there was always efficient attentive workers.

Went to get my makeup done on 3/12/22. My appointment was at 11 am. The lady was very nice and trying her best but I was there until 12:30 and she was still just on eyes. She didn’t even touch anything else on my face. Her eyeliner was jagged and she said it was Bc the bottle was running out. She put the lashes on backwards like 3 times and kept having to rip Them off. And she didn’t even notice until I pointed it out each time. And then said it was a messed up package (but it wasn’t). And she tried to fix a wing liner by rubbing it with a tissue then putting eyeshadow over it and obv you could still see it.

It's feels like Macys has cut back on overhead costs at the expense of customer experience in the store. Not only are there fewer registers to service the different departments but the recently added self checkout machines don't even work most of the time. There are also fewer price check stations, and the mens shoe dept is in desperate need of some TLC because boxes of shoes are mismatched and disorganized. The one saving grace for Macys that keeps me coming back is their Star Rewards program. They do a great job of offering deals at 15%-25% off regular priced and sale merchandise and even sent me an extra 30% off coupon for my birthday, and when I get to redeem my Star Rewards points it's like cashing in on even deeper savings.

Currently standing in line for at least 25 minutes. I'm counting a line of eleven people. Guess how many cashiers there are? One..They must have recently installed a self check out because I never seen it here before. Guess how many are up and running?? ZERO.. I was looking at shoes in the mens department. An entire wall of shoes did not have prices on them. I asked the lady in that section how much a particular pair was and I got attitude and told me to stand in this line I'm currently in and ask the cashier. WTF happened to this place? Macy's was

Macy's was awesome pre covid days . This used to my go to shop. But now ! Wow things have changed . All dresses and products are so expensive ! No sale nothing . Poor customer service . Very very very slow billing . Out of the 10 billing places only 1 is being used . Even with crowd they don't open other billing stations. Average experience overall. Lots of parking space available .

This review is mostly for customer service but I came to this store to make a purchase and was pressured into getting a new Macy's card on the spot. I had an old one and wanted to check if it was still valid first. The employee trying to get the commission - I imagine - coerced me into signing up for a new one saying the old one probably isn't valid. Since then I've called Macy's.com probably over 100 times in a month regarding several issues. The staff are rude, incompetent and uncaring. They hang up on you, give you incorrect information and are completely useless. I've wasted so many precious hours and I'm no longer enthused about Macy's because of this experience. Macy's needs to train the right employees and remember that SALES is not the only thing that keeps customers.

The employee was very accommodating and nice. Compared to service in other Macs. She was very nice. Mac employees are not usually nice.

Mac is the worst company alive. Can you believe they still test on animals, and are apart of the Chinese trade. This needs to stop.100 million animals die because of us.

I hate Mac from Woodbridge mall,they had so much actitud, they look at you like ?? , and talk to you like you not going there to spend you money, i’d rather drive little farther to Menlo Park mall, They’re so nice there and assist as a person

Literally the best one out of all the mac stores ive been to. They have like all the colors and the people give you one on one attention even with other customers there. Very helpful.

I believe his name was Felix ... I hope That’s right but the guy who works here hooked me allll the way up. I went for a new foundation and he just did his whole job that day ! I bought 4 items when I went for only 1... make up is flawless now

Went to the MAC counter on 11/11/17 and the rep was very rude.(Hispanic female with big lips.) She needs to take a class on customer service skills.
