based on the good reviews, I decided to call Lou's for an estimate to change the brakes of my mazda 6 2008. Lou himself picked the phone and told me that he cant give me a estimate if he don't see the car first. I made an appointment for him to take a look the same day on my lunch time from work. When I arrived, he was very rude and with attitude telling me that I need to drop me car there even without listen what kind of service I was looking for. He said "If you don't drop your car, you can leave and have a good day". When I told him that I need at least an idea about how much the total would be he is: $500 for only the front brakes (which is a way to say "I don't want you car here"). Maybe he is only nice with other "kind of people" but he was totally rude and unprofessional.Service: Brakes

I only trust Lou with my car - he not only does great work and is reasonably priced, but he is honest and trustworthy, something you don’t always find in a mechanic. The best around!

Awesome guy!! My company sends vehicles all the time... Was gonna drop 25k on a car... Asked lou to take a peek.. He saved me 25kThen tells me wont accept my money. Awesome guy!!One thing though. Be realistic. Hes gonna tell you the truth whether you want to hear it or not
