The pre-k program here is excellent. Both of my kids learned a lot and were ready for Kindergarten. Ms. Hannan in Brown Bears has been the best teacher this past year, she is so good with the kids and really cares about their learning and development. She also goes out of her way to speak to parents and make sure they know everything that is going on and can go to work with a peace of mind knowing their kid is in the best hands.

All parents save yourself the trouble and don’t waste your time. Absolutely unorganized and unprofessional staff. We took time off work to visit this location at 2:30pm scheduled time. It was confirmed twice. When we arrived, no friendly smiles, rather we were greeted by a woman that rolled her eyes, went back and forth from her desk and back office bunch of times, turns out she nor her director were available to give us the tour that was scheduled. When I shared my feedback to them about being disorganized, she moved towards me to prove some type of a silly physical intimidation tactic and shared a bunch of smart remakes and excuses. This place should be shut down with the kind of people working there.

My son has been going to Lightbridge Academy of Woodbridge since he was 3 months old he is now 4. It has been a journey and I have been lucky enough to have so many great teachers and personnel that have been on this journey with us. He is now in Yellow Ducks and Ms. Dana is undeniably the BEST! Theresa who has been with him since he was 3 months has always been a comforting and amazing face to see throughout the years as well. And the front Desk have been super helpful to our family also. Thanks LBA of Woodbrdge!

The entire staff is great (Office and Teachers). Ms. Iyana (Goldfish) and her team are exceptional with my child. It takes a special person to take responsibility of someones child and i don't doubt that she has this skill. Teaching fundamentals, mechanical skills, and potty training all coming along in this CLASS. Don't regret choosing Lightbridge Academy for my daughter's 1st school experience. Enrolled since 2021. LA

The leadership team and teaching staff are very responsive and really care about the well-being and growth of the children. We received daily reports about your child and were able to log into the site, in real-time, to see them learn, play outside, and interact with other children. Our children really enjoyed it there and looked forward to going every day. They grow socially, emotionally, and academically during their time at Lightbridge Academy - it was an excellent experience for our family! If you're considering a daycare for your child, I highly recommend Lightbridge Academy in Woodbridge.

We had to move but loved our time with this Lightbridge. All the teachers cared so much, the day was well structured and our 3 year old learned so much (to name her emotions, manners, being kind) all thanks to the wonderful teachers. It was a happy place and our daughter loved to go every day.

All I can say is we had an amazing experience from front office to morning greetings to child care we can’t say enough about the entire staff and facility. Our little girl learned so much in young infants and you could see the change instantaneously from one week to the next. As first time parents dropping off our little girl was hard but the interaction with the teachers and staff made us not only comfortable but also feel like part of a family. This facility and everyone who works there are nothing short of amazing!!!!!

like that each classroom depending on the age have a different curriculum. Each day kids are engaged in many different activities like painting, reading, dancing, learning shapes/colors etc. They play with other kids their age and they learn how to interact with each other. Teachers help them to be more independent with their daily tasks such as eating by themselves, putting on clothes, washing hands etc. The administration team as well as teachers work well with the parents. They have various apps that helps me to track my child's daily activities as well as see him on the live camera. I am very satisfied with the Lightbridge Academy of Woodbridge.

I can check on my child anytime with a camera view. I can reach out to the teacher/staff anytime. Loved all the teachers/staff they were very friendly, always helpful and accommodating to our requests within reason.

We were looking for part time hours but we were told we could not pick the hours. Only 8-12pm. Which did not work for us. I feel as long as we are within operating hours, what is the problem?No explanation whatsoever.Also we was informed that if you wanted to use the cameras to watch our child, it is an additional fee.Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to family or friends.

Miss Kay, Mrs. Nicole, Mrs. Rosa, Miss Summer, Mrs. Hanan all go above and beyond. My baby has been there since she was three and they have treated her like she was their own. Can t thank them enough for all their hard work.

My daughter has been going to Light Bridge Academy since she was 2 years old, she will be 4 in a couple of months. As a parent who did not want to leave her child with "strangers", I have been extremely pleased over the last two years.The love and attention the staff provide is amazing. I know my daughter is in good hands while being cared for at Light Bridge Academy. If you decide to bring your child here, you will not be disappointed with the staff and teachings.

My three children have been attending Lightbridge Academy of Woodbridge since my first was born 7 years ago. A lot of the same teachers have cared for all three of my children and not only does that help me have peace of mind, but we have built great relationships and they are our extended family. Lightbridge is my children's second home! My 2nd grader just recently started attending the school age assistance program which has been a huge help for us as parents, allowing us to be fully focused at work and most importantly for my son who was really missing going to school. They also do all the things (temperature checks, PPE, etc.) to ensure the health and safety of everyone. We feel so comfortable at Lightbridge and I highly recommend! We couldn't imagine life without our Lightbridge family!

Let me start by saying that I usually don't write reviews (too busy!) But I highly recommend the Lightbridge in Woodbridge on Amboy Ave. There are lots of reasons I love this school. It's clean, has convenient hours, and it's a lot of fun for the kids. However, the number one reason I love this school is for the teachers and staff. My son has special needs and his teachers have taken the time to get to know his needs and care for him. They make sure he's included with the other children.They really treat him with such care and love that I feel happy dropping him off in their care. His teachers took the time to understand his needs and they are always updating my husband and I on his progress. Ms. Dana and Ms. Rosa in his classroom have really gone above and beyond for my son. I also see how wonderfully they interact with ALL the children. They really have a wonderful way and a lot of expertise with children. I really never thought that I would be able to leave my son at a daycare facility and actually know that he's going to be "okay", but I really have that feeling of security here. Knowing that they actually care about my son. The teachers and the office staff are so welcoming and understanding. They are all just kind and nice. What a nice place! I feel lucky we found this school and I have no problem recommending them to anyone that needs childcare. SB
