THIS STORE HAS CHANGED FOR THE WORST. THE WOMEN'S CLOTHES ALL LOOKS USED. I FELT LIKE I WAS AT A RUMMAGE SALE. WHEN THE STORE WAS ON ROUTE 9, I FOUND EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE. THE QUALITY OF THE CLOTHES IS ALSO A THUMBS DOWN. THEY'VE LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER.

This is the text I received from this store. I went to get my 3 Suits plus 2 other Coats and 4 ties came up to about $1070.00 They did not honor this text where it says buy one suit and get 2 suits free. They will getting ready to charge me over $1000. I left the store leaving everything there after spending two and a half hours shopping Every time his store sends me a coupon. It's some bullshit attached to it I will not be returning K&G: BLK FRI EXTENDED! Final days: Buy 1 Get 2 FREE Men's Suits + 30% off CLRNCE + NEW TOYS + $25 off coupon with $50+ purch w/BBFH1163866. Worst experience at the register. Bought a tux for $150 and the lady just hands it to us as is. I kindly asked to put it in a garment bag and her response is “it doesn’t come with one” you can buy one for $5.99. I mentioned to her that we have bought suits from K&G in the past and they have always put them in garment bags and she continues to tell me how they don’t do that. So I told her thats stupid and her response to that is “I don’t make the rules”. I understand K&G is suppose to be a discounted store but jeez they can really step up their game. Mind you the it was pouring outside and they didn’t even have the decency to put a plastic bag. Even dry cleaners give you a plastic bag. Do better next time K&G

Horrible customer service . My husband bought 2 black suits from the store it was very very bad quality suits the coat bleed the color on white shirt and the pants stitching was horrible the inseam came apart horrible stitching I went to the store today just to exchange but the na Agee was extremely good and unprofessional she didn’t even listen to me and refuse to exchange and I bought these suits 2 weeks ago, I will definitely say to all my family and friends not to shop at the store they are very rude people

I used to go to K&G a lot. Their choice of women's clothes has changed. Not much is available in terms of business suits. Either everything is church fancy ultra casual. Also no coupons (I was a member)

Went to the tailors to fixa mens suit paid 47.00 to shorten pa ts and shorten jacket sleeve. Pick up did t try it on Un t IL a week later. The sleeves of the jacket were t done the pants were to short.These tailors are the worst I have ever seen
