I’ve been a customer of Kent for many many years (my late husband too) and I can’t even describe the wonderful service, honesty, fairness and respect I have received. Whether you deal with John, Freddie or Ken they treat you like family. My daughter and her family also go to Kent for jewelry and the quality is phenomenal. I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else. First time I’m writing a review and I’m sorry didn’t write one sooner. Go to Kent for honesty, quality and I integrity. They are the best around!!!!

Over 30 years we have gone to Kent Jewelers. We are treated with respect and honesty. I purchased an item today that had me nervous to learn its value. John gave me his best price first and I couldn’t reach for my wallet fast enough. It’s so rare to get treated by a merchant in a manner where you feel accomplished afterwards. Stop in. Contacted a few jewelers about purchasing a rolex. Jack delivered in about 72 hrs. He was able to locate the exact watch I wanted and pricing and customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend Kent jewelers! Will do business with Jack again in the future for sure!!

I met Kent Jewelers based off of a recommendation from my uncle who is a former NJ State Trooper. My father wanted to purchase a State Trooper pendant for me and his girlfriend. The first time I went there, I was greeted so pleasantly by one brother, then the other, and then another and when I went back the following week to pick up the pendant, the nephews were there also! Just a great family to meet! All so nice and personable, you can really do business with any of them! They are all so knowledgeable! You can tell they’ve been in business for DECADES! Their prices were reasonable AND I ended up upgrading my engagement and wedding ring! I am in love all over again! It’s beautiful! I’ve been going there non stop for three weeks now and I have to go back for my pendant as well as an initial necklace! I will never go to another jeweler again! This father- brother- nephew business is where it’s at! Gooooo now!

We absolutely LOVED Kent Jewelers. It’s a family owned business that have been in the industry for 20+ years. You can see the amazing quality of their work. They hand pick their diamonds for any customizations to ensure that you get the best of the best! We had just started to look for our wedding bands and were in awe by how quickly they catered to our every needs and how well they worked within our budget. We have been talking about them to all our friends and family members, we told them how great everyone working at Kent was. They were sweet, professional, kind, gave us plenty of options and we did not FEEL ANY PRESSURE (this is huge for me)! You could just feel how much they wanted to help you. It truly was a breath of fresh air working with them. They gave us a free cleaning and polishing service for my engagement ring, sized the new wedding band THE SAME DAY, and gave a complimentary box with lighting for my engagement ring (the box is beautiful, much better than what my fiancé received for my engagement ring to be honest). When I showed my mom her mouth dropped when she saw how my engagement ring glistened in the box with their complimentary cleaning. They gave us a complimentary chocolate box (so sweet) with our purchase. You can’t beat this type of customer service!!! We had wiggle room to even buy my fiancé a brand new watch from Kent Jewelers for the wedding day as well! We compared prices to what we saw at other jewelers to what we paid for at Kent, they are UNBEATABLE for the same style, quality, grade and color for the diamonds. I bought this beautiful 18k pave band with colorless GIA certified diamond wedding band. My mom is a perfectionist and she LOVED the band as well. It is so beautiful and EXACTLY what I was looking for. So we walked out with BOTH our wedding bands and a brand new watch. We couldn’t be happier. Kent has earned life long customers with us!!! You will not regret going to Kent for all your needs! I highly recommend them to any future prospective buyers. You’re in safe hands with them!

Great family-run business in the Woodbridge Jewelry Exchange. I worked with Ken and it was such a pleasant experience. Prices are very reasonable and they have the best designs out of all the stores in the Exchange. I bought a diamond ring for my wife and she absolutely loves it. I plan on going back for a diamond bracelet. Highly recommended!!!

My fiancée and I got engaged a few months ago. We came to the Jewelry Exchange just to look around and left the same day with our rings. They were the first shop we went to, but I have to say that of all of the places we went to in the Exchange, Tom and Ken here at Kent were by far the best quality for their prices. They were able to get me such a great deal for both wedding bands and I couldn't be happier. They assured us that if any diamonds were to go missing that they would be happy to replace them and they told us to give them a call when we were ready to engrave our date into the rings we could come back and they would have it done for us. My ring also needed to be resized and we got it within the hour. Thank you both so much, Tom and Ken! We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

Purchased my girls dream engagement ring! An amazing ring sold to me by a very great and genuine person for an amazing price! Not once did I feel pressured to purchase anything, they had my best interest in mind, they are very nice and want to build a relationship with you so you keep coming back.
