I want to strongly caution everyone against using Jiffy Lube for car services. My recent visit turned into a nightmare as they caused engine failure due to stripping my oil plug. Shockingly, they refuse to accept responsibility for the damage.Despite my attempts to resolve the issue amicably, they have been uncooperative and unprofessional. In response to their negligence, I've initiated legal proceedings against Jiffy Lube.I urge you to take your vehicle elsewhere for servicing. Jiffy Lube's lack of accountability and professionalism is alarming. My hope is that others will be spared from the ordeal I've endured.Avoid Jiffy Lube – your vehicle and peace of mind deserve better treatment than what this establishment offers.
