This company hires individuals who support Hamas, threaten Jews and when the local store was informed, they did nothing. Disgusting. Will never shop here again.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding Customer Service provided by Carol with the assistance of Angie at the Promenade Upper Dublin Store in Dresher Pa.HomeGoods is my favorite store by far, so many beautiful things! I went to six stores in one day shopping for Christmas (all for me). I kept my favorite 25 purchases, but had to return almost the same amount (many were duplicates or replacements). Having multiple receipts it was a lengthy process. Carol and Angie's patience and kindness were remarkable and should be rewarded.

I'm highly allergic to dogs and now that your stores are dog friendly I can't shop in them any longer. I was just in the Schaumburg store and one of the customers had two dogs, I had to leave almost immediately because of itching eyes and shortness of breath. Where is the concern for people with allergies? Also, I don't like being barked or growled at. The aisles are too tight for two people to pass through much less two people and two dogs.

I went to Home Goods on 3019 Festival Way, Waldorf MD on yesterday Monday 22 May 2023. I picked out a off-white kitchen cabinet unit. My husband and I with debit card in hand was ready to pay for the unit and the sales manager and sales clerk gave us some crazy story about how they could not have it delivered; and begin to refer us to U-Haul or if we knew someone who had a truck. My husband ask for help to have someone help him lift it into his cabin on his truck; but still there was no assistance/help at all. The customer service on the phone and inside the store was the WORST! You would think if someone is getting ready to buy a piece of furniture which would have cost us $700.00 plus taxes, the store/company would be more than happy to assist with delivery. That's $700.00+ dollars out of our pocket going towards Home Goods revenue! SMH!!! You have just lost a loyal customer. We will spend our money elsewhere.

Dissappointed and dissatisfied. A veteran with a chronic back issue, I tried to return a piece of heavy and bulking furniture, yet in new condition and with receipt. The manager, Ms Antoinette Simmons, who knows I have shopped at this Homegoods in Lee Vista, Orlando regularly refused to refund me my money because the receipt was over 30 days. I explained I could not get anyone to help me bring in the chair sooner, and if they would honor the return. She said she would not. I was so dissappointed with their customer service and lack of consideration. I am a HomeGoods regular customer, I will never shop with them anymore. If you are in the Orlando area, near the Airport, Stay away from the store found at 6719 Eagle Watch Drive. They want your money and to use TJ Maxx card, and offer you a smile only while the card is in the reader. Otherwise, you are not human to them. Sorry the the result was not what I expected, but they have lost a life long customer.

On 3/39/23 I shopped in the Pelham NY HomeGoods Store but forgot my HomeGoods credit card at home. A wonderful cashier named Marie said I could buy the items on any credit card & come back another time & return them within 30 days. Then re-purchase those same items on my HomeGoods credit card & get points. I took her suggestion & wound up getting a $20 reward since I spent $200. Marie did both transactions for me & was patient & understanding throughout. Everyone should be as nice & helpful as she was & the world would be a better place. Thank you Marie for giving me excellent customer service. I hope your Mgr realizes what a great employee you are.

Preposterous Customer Service!!!!If there was a ZERO star Option that is what I would give!Total contradiction of the expectations of a store that markets as Customer-centric quality! My mother - a God-Fearing Senior Woman, who WAS a Frequent Shopper - of Home Goods in Chesapeake, VA. Was treated with such disrespect. She mistakenly left one of her bags at the store. When returned to store to retrieve it, the cashier and store associate acted as though she was lying about leaving the item (even though, she had receipt in hand as proof)!Mother came home very upset, because she was made to feel as though she had to validate her credibility to store associates! One would think that a $5.99 item would be minimal in comparison to negative feedback and reviews!!!!

Every time I come here the lines are ridiculously long. There are two cashiers and there are about 40 people in line. What a way to run a business. Corporate greed at its best. I feel sorry for the cashiers. This is the Redlands California store.

Terrible staffing and the wait lines are atrocious. Waiting in this long line 20 minutes through no fault of the cashiers because they're only 2!

Overall I love the store. However, QUIT PUTTING STICKERS ON GLASS AND CERAMIC! We spend hours trying to get it off just for it to have a residue that never comes off! There has got to be a better way!?

BEWARE BIG PURCHASES!!!customer service is abysmal. we bought a couch for 1300$. we returned it because it didnt fit the space and we found a better one in store. after waiting multiple days for Corporate to send a copy of the receipt from our TJX rewards card we brought the couch in. when we arrived we encountered a disgruntled manager named Tara Rich. she seemed to be having a bad day and was more concerned with getting us out of her way than helping us. she proceeded to humiliate me and my friend who helped me move the couch about how filthy the couch was. referring to the couple of hairs and a gift card that was on it. By the way, the couch was in better condition than a lot of the merchandise showcased in the store. she then told us we could return when the couch was clean so the store manager Jeff Cape could see it. when we returned with evidence of the good state of the couch Jeff stated he would not be accepting the couch based on Tara's original statement. we basically wasted an entire day listening to a vindictive woman's lies. she has no place as a point of contact in the customer service chain let alone as a manager. she is a liar. I have spent over 5k in this store and my girlfriend has been a faithful shopper for much longer. i would not make any big purchases in this store. they will leave out to dry. Matt is a good manager but these two are rotten and unreasonable people who gang up on customers. stay away!UPDATE: After going to another home goods the item was returned and a store credit was provided. Further showing this entire experience was unnecessary and a personal affront by the managers on duty that day.

Their stores are run so poorly the blame falls squarely on corporate. Prime shopping weekend after Thanksgiving and they have two cashiers with 22 people in line and others putting stuff down and waking out.
