HomeGoods Corporate Office has received mixed reviews from customers. Many shoppers appreciate the wide selection of unique merchandise, especially during holiday seasons like Chanukah, which features beautiful items such as menorahs, pitchers, and China that are not found in other retail chains. Customers have also praised the outstanding customer service, highlighting specific employees for their patience and helpfulness during the shopping and return processes. However, some customers express concerns regarding the sourcing of merchandise. One shopper was disappointed to find that many products were imported from countries like Turkey and India, with little emphasis on American-made goods. This customer felt that the store should focus more on supporting local products and expressed a decision to stop shopping at HomeGoods due to these concerns. Overall, HomeGoods is recognized for its beautiful and diverse selection of home goods and commendable customer service, but it faces criticism regarding its supply chain and product sourcing. The company may need to address these concerns to maintain a positive reputation among all its customers.

Shopping at the Norwood HomeGoods stores in Cincinnati, Ohio. I bought a large picture for staging. My house had been at TJ Maxx next-door and they accused me of stealing the jellybeans I bought at TJ Maxx zero class.

I would give it a zero if I could. The Easley, SC store is a joke. Management is hateful to employees. Employees hang up on customers on the phone. Talk crap about people in front of customers. Store is clutter and dirty.
