I come here often. The last 2.5 weeks twice. I got stuck with the same rude cashier. (Short women dark hair, and medium dark complexion) both times rude. She doesn’t greet people, and she gives off “you are bothering me” attitudes. Saturday tho, 6/22/24, her and the other cashed were snacking at the register while she is supposed to be assisting me, they are gossiping about their boss, and other employees. She had an issue with me called in for work when someone else couldn’t do, something like that. While I’m waiting to cash out and get out she is having a happy hr! Once again no greeting, no interaction with me, the customer. Horrible feeling! They all walk around there like we are unwelcome visiters. HOME GOODS, Woodbridge, train your people better and get rid of those who obviously don’t need the job, or don’t want the job!!

If I could rate it no stars I would, I went in today 4/13 so excited because we just got the keys to our house and it was by far the worse experience, cashier was so rude gave me an attitude the whole time, refused to give me her name and kept slamming all my stuff. I asked for help with items multiple times and the employees ignored me. Just such a disgusting experience, I honestly should have just left everything and not left my money in this negative place.

Blatantly had an employee following me around the store up to checkout. 2 managers waited by the door until I walked out the store. I mean the racial profiling was so obvious and I will not be spending another dime at this location.

Had extremely bad experience today with one of the register cashier Tekyan she was extremely rude and unpleasant destroyed my whole experience of enjoying shopping at home goods she was really bad at handling most delicate glass materials which I wanted to gift.

The cashier Lina or Lena was very rude and hostile towards me today at HomeGoods in Woodbridge, NJ. She got very angry because I changed my mind and decided not to purchase a broken picture frame after she reduced the price $5 dollars off. She was mad because voided an item is not good for the cashier or associated. But, I did not want to buy because the frame was very damaged. The manager Larissa was there present witnessing the incident and she did not do anything. She did not address the situation with her staff and ignored my bad experience. I asked to talk to her the manager Larissa but she undermind everything instead to teach her staff that they must respect the customers and be corteous. I went to my car that was parking in front of the store and I only observed laughing between the manager and cashier. So, I went back and returned all the items because they did not deserve that I spend my money in a store where they do not appreciate your business and treat you very poor.
