Every time I wish to shop at a H&M, I drive from Shorthills here. However, I will not be returning. It was all I wanted to do to pay, however I encountered a cashier who was clearly dissatisfied with her work environment. Customer service does not have to be challenging. In the event that a client is giving you a hard time, I understand. In explaining your job to customers, there is no need to humiliate them and treat them as if what you do is not your responsibility. You do not have to be rude to customers because they are unfamiliar with your system. The act of insulting a customer simply because the customer knows how to scan a QR code for a discount and does not know there are other options is disgusting. My request was only for the payment. In fact, I did not even ask for a discount. In response to her attitude, I stated that I did not require a discount. I received a response from her! In response to my request to stop scanning, she simply replied "fine.". It is clear that losing a customer means nothing to her. It is not my habit to write reviews, but those in customer service who dislike what they do ought to seek employment in a position where they will not negatively impact the company they work for. In my position, I avoid dealing with these types of individuals who are never happy…

Everything in the mens section shrinks. Nothing is washable. Look at the tags before you buy. They all say you can't machine wash. Some of the tags are hidden.

Clean and organized store with friendly staff. Not too busy on a Saturday morning. Store is large and has a big selection of items for women, men and children. I think the men's clothes is kind of pricey. I can't speak to the integrity of the entire company. Due to some of the company's stances I was here returning items.

Visited today and was amazed by Hector the store manager’s calm demeanor, handling a busy Sunday afternoon.Had a very pleasant experience. He went above and beyond to satisfy and take care of all visiting customers.

I always love shopping in this store. They have such a variety of selections: from business trends, casual, and even lounge wear. This store is so big that it also includes a kids section. So we get to shop for the whole family. They have some cute character costumes in there with masks foe Halloween coming.

Hector, I believe a store manager, made my experience very unpleasant. He accused me of unraveling a pair of tights on sale which unraveled when I picked it up because it was clearly opened and unraveled before I touched it. He went to tell me in an accusatory tone “it takes us forever to fold those back” basically accusing me of unraveling them. I told him it was already coming apart when I picked it up. He told me “I saw you unravel it.” I was livid. I threw the tights down and some other items I left right in the store. I only purchased a couple of items that I really wanted. He made me feel very uncomfortable and made me feel like I was “messing” up his store. 20 mins before that, I heard him reprimanding a mom for a similar thing. We’re grownups and customers, he had no right using authoritative tones on customers. I didn’t see that my or the other mother’s actions warranted his reaction. SOMEONE NEEDS TO RE- train HECTOR because I will never shop there again. If he doesn’t like retail, then maybe he should quit!
