If I had to give it 10 stars, I would definitely do it! Gladys helped me find the perfect anniversary gift for my wife, my wife asked me for an anklet bracelet and she helped me find one exactly to fit her foot. The attention is 10/10. Thank you a thousand times Gladys

I bought a ring in December from this jewelry store. I wore the ring 3 times when I went to put the ring on the 4th time I noticed a diamond missing. I went to the store in Woodbridge and the lady at the store said the ring also has another lose stone and would cost $304 to repair. I purchased the ring at $300 why would I pay more to have the ring repaired then it cost total scam store with poor quality jewelry. I purchase thousands of dollars in jewelry a year. If you value your time and money stay away from this store. Buyer beware everyone.

This place is a ripoff. Even calling customer service they didn’t help. Their excuse was that there is nothing you can do. I literally almost paid the whole purchase and out of no where I get 1000 bucks of interest after paying 85% off. Literally starting from the beginning again and their excuse is sorry can’t do nothing to help you. No knowledge what so ever.

If I can complain to someone else I would have not came to google. Absolutely the worst experience ever had an item repaired 3 times still have yet to be able to wear it meanwhile accrued $800 of interest from their scam store card. I called multiple times they will do nothing. Stay away from these misleading sales reps they will destroy your credit score and the jewelry is not good at all.
