Working at Grocery Haulers over the last three years has been an amazing experience. The leadership has always maintained an open door policy with the main focus of the Company to be on the employees. This company truly cares about each and every employee here, and that is shown through the many events that are hosted for our employees. You can often hear our COO talk about transparency, visibility, and communication – and these important company mantras start at the top with her. Everyone here works together, to accomplish great things.Grocery Haulers ensures that all of their employees are made to feel welcome and a part of our growing team. This business is a tough industry, so hard work and a good morale-compass, are required and expected. The executive team travels to our depots quite often, so that they can meet our drivers by name, and thank them for their hard work and dedication. No location is too far away or too small to visit.I am very proud and honored to work with such great leaders, support staff, and drivers. Our drivers are Best-in-Class, and we make sure they know that. We work extremely hard to meet our goals and expectations, but we also bond together as a “family” too. The employees at Grocery Haulers’ lift each another up, because our individual success is the group’s success (and vis-versa).The COO, CFO, and VP of HR all treat us as though we are the most important asset of the company, because they truly believe that.Coming here was the best career decision of my life. We are treated as people, and not just numbers.

Great company to work for! A senior management team that cares about the success and happiness of its workforce, and how to provide outstanding service to its customers. Proud to be part of the trucking and food distribution industry that is a lifeblood industry for America!

Having differences of opinion is qualified as insubordination with immediate termination from Grocery Haulers but being drunk, loud and belligerent in Alburtis replaying Miley Cyrus-Flowers and talking negatively about certain drivers is acceptable.Leadership set the tone during the beginning stages of the Garden routes in March 2023. Marisol(CAO), Doreen(VP of HR) and others smelled of alcohol acting like loud sorority girls in dispatchers way, interfering with our task, having no consideration for the newer employees trying to learn their new duties for the Garden routes. I witnessed Doreen chase behind a former employee with intent to pull her hair out after the employee quit on the spot. Doreen also YELLED at another employee in front of other managers over a miscommunication and wrote her up. Also, the mistreatment of a great and knowledgeable manager who returned from maternity leave that they constantly gaslight and shame for being a devoted mother by taking away managerial access and belittling her. Very unhinged. Not to mention Travis’(Director of Ops) constant lying using other people as scapegoats, making false promises, accusing drivers of lying about their HOS and constant nitpicking was a red flag as well and the drivers will warn you ASAP.I was humiliated, gaslighted, never received a warning or write up. All this because I challenged Marisol's decision to broadcast a minor issue to the entire network calling it a “teaching moment”.Great colleagues with poor leadership making it a toxic work environment unfortunately.

I've worked for GHI for about 5 months and I met the owner within my 2nd month. Everyone is very friendly and treat you like family no matter how long you've worked for/with them. GHI is always giving out rewards to all staff, having cook outs, giving out gift cards, and are there for you no matter the time. I honestly love working for this company and plan on being with them for a while.

I absolutely love working here! Great people and super fun environment. We love working with our drivers to ensure that they are happy and return safely home each day. It is truly an extension of my own family.

This Company totally focuses on making their employees a priority. Management treats their drivers like they are family. You can call GHI 24/7 and someone is always ready to answer your call and assist. Major focus on an open door policy all the way to the top.

If I can give them 0 stars I would worst drivers in the industry point blank period a whole bunch of old heads that act like they know it all and they can't even park

If your a driver and don’t mind 11 hour days it’s good. Office and Management kinda poor the last 18 months. When in 2020 a person has an idea to improve a work environment and dedicate over 4 months of being away from one’s family during the “Pandemic “ while others are at home and upper “Owner” says that he appreciates the sacrifice that she is doing and promised to make it up with a full paid vacation for her family after it’s all said and done. Then sell it to management to only have it pulled away along with other opportunity’s to better oneself and then the owner does nothing that was said. Sad really. Helped in so many ways and 2 years ago was so highly talked of even to this day not one single word from anyone other than the drivers that have come to miss and appreciate all that she did as they have no one that wants or that can actually fill the spot.

Best driving job I’ve ever had! Work environment is pretty laid back. Equipment is kept in tip top shape as well. They call you by your name and not a number which is really nice, makes you feel like family when you’re in and around their different locations. Thanks for the great job!!!!

Great company, great people, excellent equipment and I enjoy coming to work. In 4mths I have met my boss, my bosses boss, the department heads all of which are good people. Easy to talk to with an open door policy. If I have a problem not only does someone listen but action gets taken, problems with my truck gets resolved. Any issues don’t gets swept under the rug. It’s my dream job
