I love Hand & Stone. I’ve tried many of their services and locations and they never disappoint. I had an incredible massage by Keisha. Unbelievable! I came out brand new and I suffer with osteoarthritis, so that’s saying alot. Thank you, Keisha!

I have been a member for a long time and today I had a massage with Jamal. He was AMAZING. He addressed my areas of concern and I felt so relaxed by the time I left. I already booked my second session with him.

I am reviewing under a different account for anonymity. I had an appointment booked, and had provided my credit card- I had an emergency (non medical) a few hours before the appointment come up so I called immediately to reschedule for the next day. The person I spoke with said they would have to charge me a cancellation fee, which would be half the cost of the service. I reminded the person that I was not canceling, and wanted to reschedule. They said it was their policy. I have checked the website terms, and there is only a reference to cancelation, not rescheduling. I have a screenshot. She was firm in me having to be charged a cancellation fee for a rescheduled appointment. So I opted to cancel entirely. I won’t file for a chargeback as I did technically end up canceling, but I will not rebook with them. If that is their policy it should be clearly stated. And charging for a rescheduled appointment is ridiculous.

Norma is a sweet, friendly, and nice person. She welcomes you warmly and makes you comfortable. She did a wonderful job easing my aches. She’s very knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing. Glad I chose her the first time she attended to me.

Yesterday was my first time at Hand and Stone Massage. Brianna who sits at the front desk was welcoming and had great customer service skills. Norma was my massage therapist and she was PHENOMENAL! She took her time and definitely knows what she is doing. I enjoyed my experience so much that I became a member.
