This is my second attempt to write a review. I am waiting on a package that was shipped from New York 2 Day air last Thursday. It is Tuesday now. Can't get any information from Fed Ex and this is the second time in one week. The first time, it was delivered to the wrong address.

I used to work at this facility and would have to disagree with the other comments. The security is so tight here it's like going through an airport. employees cant even bring in personal phones.

My package is lost. It arrived at this hub and mysteriously vanished. It was a smart phone. I see in the comments other phones and items have also been stolen from this hub. This is unacceptable. In my opinion, FedEx needs to do a quality control sweep of all their workers from this hub. They have thieves working for them...
