Thank you to the lady who showed me how to use the machine for my prepaid labeled package that needed to be shipped. She showed me step by step and was very patient with me. I appreciate her service. Unlike USPS, she didn't yell or give me an attitude. 10/10 would recommend this Fedex!

CONSUMER BEWARE: Either an employee or FedEx driver picking up from this location stole a laptop we attempted to ship through them. After the tracking number showed no movement for a week+ and the FedEx customer support team couldn't supply any information, we returned to the store where the shipping label was found in the back. Our package was nowhere to be found. The employees took no accountability and asked if we were sure we had shipped a laptop and not a phone. They said we had to file a claim online. Weeks later, there is still no resolution. Do not trust this FedEx with any valuables.
