I purchased a limited edition book online from these folks for $350 each. Today (about a month or two later) I got an email from them saying they didn't have them, yet within an hour I see they relisted them for $925 EACH. This person sells collectible items on eBay. He Forced me to accept a refund for the Cormac Mccarthy signed box set Passenger/Stella Maris I had pre-ordered from him on October 27 for 315.00. It was released on Tuesday; December 6 of last week. On Friday he VOLUNTARILY CANCELLED MY PREORDER stating, in the refund email, that his orders FOR THESE PREORDERS were cancelled and that he MUST REFUND the preorders saying HIS ORDERS HAD BEEN CANCELLED.. THAT VERY EVENING HE LISTED THOSE CANCELLED PREORDERS (Mine included) AT OVER 900.00 EACH. Not what anybody would call an honest broker AND he is a Jeweler too??? Beware.

I have dealt with Larry, his family and team for what has to be at least 20 years, if not more. My dad was friends with his dad, which is how I started patronizing them. As has been mentioned, there are numerous other vendors in the Exchange, respectfully, I don't even entertain them. Larry has "always" been more than fair, designed my wife's wedding band set and tells it like it is. He will "never" rip you off and knows his craft! Save yourself the time, money and effort, visit Erdman Jewelers, you won't regret it. Thank you Larry, your the best!

Excellent very knowledgeable customer service. I’ve purchased several pieces from Erdman Jewelers. All of my friends (even strangers) comment on how beautiful my diamond stud earrings are. Besides my eternity band! I highly recommend Larry-he’s the best! I wouldn’t go anywhere else
