Disappointed with the service. shop. Auto Charged $77 for fixing a loose OBD however it was not fixed though Deepa auto claimed it was fixed. When showing them right on the spot on delivery it was not fixed the manager turned defensive. Tried one more time and gave back the car with loose OBD. I did not wish to haggle anymore and left the shop

"My experience with Deepa Auto Repair has been extremely disappointing. I initially brought in my Toyota Corolla for brake issues, and despite paying $450 for new brakes, the problem persisted within a month. Upon returning, they charged an additional $200 to 'grind' the brakes, only to discover they had lost some parts, resulting in an extra $50 charge. Within a day, the issue resurfaced. After a week of waiting, they diagnosed the same problem and insisted on another $200 for new brakes, promising a warranty. Despite their assurance, the problem recurred shortly after. Overall, I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with the lack of competence and transparency from Deepa Auto Repair."

Went to get my car inspected they said it failed due to check engine light but there was no engine light on. Went to Rahway vehicle inspection and it passed. I basically got my money robbed from this place. They have other locations I definitely will not go.

Shady Business practice. Would not trust them with any business dealings. Visited Jayesh to purchase a vehicle listed for sale only to be told I have to offer more than their asking price to buy the vehicle. Dishonest & not forthcoming. Waste of time and money. Based on other poor reviews I'm sure there are better options in the area.

I have gone to them a couple times. They do pretty good with their car services. However, the value is a bit pricy. For the most part, they do good at waht they do.

I was scammed by Deepa Auto Repair. I paid for a new battery for my car. The battery that was put in was not the same as what was on the invoice. When I asked about the difference I was told the information was written on the side of the battery and since it was installed I could not see it. I could not understand why the battery didn't say what it was and why the invoice didn't match what I could see on the battery so I asked them to remove the battery. When they took the battery out it DID NOT have the information written on the side of it. I feel that they charged me for a battery that was not the same as the battery they put in and put different information on the invoice so they would not have to honor any Standard warranties given by the manufacturer. That is just a scam plain as day. I have a copy of the invoice and a picture of the battery that was put in the car. The product numbers don't match. Please buyers be ware of Deepa Auto repair. They are a bunch of swindlers.
