Don't ever do business with this company. Besides their rate being one of the most expensive ones out there, they have no respect for their clients.
My move was supposed to leave Berlin and arrive on the Baltimore port. It left in April, after the bridge accident in Baltimore and only after the ship left the port, they decided to inform me that I need to pay an extra 3.350 USD for the ship having to diverge to a different port.
Although this being an opertional risk of the company, they insist in having me pay for this and threatened not delivering my things in time.
Most terrible customer experience I ever had. Avoid this company at all costs.

Although my family and plenty of our friends have used this company in Asia and Europe with no issues, sadly they are no longer of the high quality I remember them to be. I literally had to chase them with phone calls and emails to get a quote. Finally got a mediocre one that had no details and did not address the information I gave them. When I demanded to speak to a manager, Gabriella gave me a call as Alex but when I told her I'm waiting for a manager named Gabriella she hung up and called me back again as gabriella! IThat behavior was extremely childish, unprofessional and very shady
If you're on the east coast in the United States definitely stay away. They lost the reputation they once had a long ago !!

The crew that delivered our belongings arrived on time and were quick, efficient and careful. The contents of our boxes suffered only minimal damage as compared to previous moves with other companies.
Based on these factors,I would happily use Crown again in the future.

We had previously had crown for international moves, hired by the company we worked for. They were great! Super professional and packed everything perfectly, nothing broke or missing. So when we decided to move across the country on our own (we paid for it using a personal loan ourselves), we expected the same high quality service. What we got was absolutely horrible. If we didn't have the BEST moving truck driver in the world, we would have not survived. We are disabled with a chronically ill child so we needed the help, we couldn't do it on our own, I was recovering from surgery and couldn't lift anything. The crew that packed just threw stuff into boxes and labeled the boxes "stuff". So many things broke. The crew didn't listen to my instructions about what to pack abs completely left an entire closet unpacked. We tried to file insurance to be compensated for the broken items but they gave us a strict 30 day deadline and during that time our child was hospitalized and my spouse was called out of the country for 3 weeks. I had no support. I didn't even open half the boxes before the deadline. NEVER USE CROWN. We found out later that we could have hired a much more compassionate and personal crew for half the price and not be in this huge debt with so many precious things lost. The hardest loss was when I discovered my silk, hand made designer wedding dress crumpled in the bottom of a wardrobe box with knives and tools on top. I'll never be able to replace it.

I really feel like Gabriela, reflecting Crown’s professionalism, experience and work ethic, is really invested in our pending move. We were in discussion with no fewer than 6 companies (with Crown coming as a recommendation from some friends who used them to move to India from the US). All it took was a text, a phone call and a follow up email from Gabriela (she sent us resource materials for our move unsolicited and with no guarantee of getting the job) and we decided to work with Crown. We are getting a lot of hard sell from other competitors. Gabriela let her actions and her work do the talking and didn’t have to do sales pitch one…her professionalism and Crown’s excellence pretty much speak for themselves.

I have moved with Crown 7 times over 3 continents. I have tried other companies and no one compares to Crown. Definitely value for money. You get what you pay for. My move manager was knowledgeable and proactive. Really makes a huge difference when moving to the unknown.

THIEVES!On a move of my possessions from Hong Kong to New York, my most valuable possession, a painting worth US$50,000, went "missing". Management did nothing to try to figure out how this happened, despite it obviously being stolen by one of their people. They offered me US$1500 in insurance and did nothing to try to make me whole. Outrageous!
