This place is so very racist . The workers espicially the head teller is very rude.She was yelling at me. So I said whats up with your attitude she then tells me I am yelling at her. which I never did. I am a customer service supervisor so I know better by yelling at someone. I called because more than 5 times my husband went to cash a check and they did not. He works for an older lady who gives him a check. He would go there and they would say they called to confirm the lady gave a check. Every single time they would say they called and every single time the lady proved they never called. They would have him waiting for literally 30 minutes.Why would you treat people like this. When my husband goes to another branch they actually calls get the lady and he is gone. We shall never go back here and I will make the world know they are very racist there. The branch in south plainfield never made my husband feel so disrespectful. People if your coloured dont go there. They will lie to your face and disrespect you after.
