Cell doc is a guaranteed place. I went to attempt to get my shattered cell phone fixed. Instead of fixing the cell phone and getting profit the man there was truthful. He informed me that if he even fixes it the phone itself doesn’t even turn on which was a total loss for me. I recommend this establishment due to the honesty of the man. The store has many different varieties of cell phone cases and pieces to upgrade your cellphone.

I scrolled through Google to find a repair shop to fix my phone and came across the Cell Doc. I called and he was able to ensure that he can help me as well as navigate to find his store in the mall lol. He was able to instantly see what issues were with my phone as well tell me the best recommendations for my phone. He was very knowledgeable, fadt and patient. I will definitely recommend and come back for any other phone issues.

The technician is very good, I had a problem in the screen replaced, but he was so helpful figuring out the problem and he did fix it. You got assurances in the screen replaced, if you got any problems go back and he will fix it for you

The best of the best. I came in thinking I needed a screen replacement when my phone wasn't responding to touch and also clicking random things on my phone. When I returned the owner described a crack in my phone screen protector was actually to blame. He could have just handed me the same phone I handed in but I ended up leaving with a new screen protector instead. Thank you!!! If my issue comes up again I'll know where to go :)

What a wonderful experience. My wife had shattered her screen pretty bad and we had no hope of salvaging her phone. 20mins and a cup of coffee and I was out of there with a screen that looked better than new. Professional service and excellent rates for repair! I’d def recommend it to anyone who needs it. Thank you!!!

A++++ Experience!!After reading the cost of having a new battery and glass replaced on my older iphone, I expected the charges to include the new sensor for the touchscreen. Not only didn’t he add that which he could’ve easily done, the price on the battery and glass were 2/3 of what I expected. He was extremely fast and anyone who has ever worked on an iPhone knows you need hands like a neurosurgeon to work on these.The whole thing took him less than 20 minutes. And I could see that he wasn’t racing he was just working at normal speed.If there is one knock against the place, it’s that they don’t open until 11 AM. But I am an older person who likes to get moving around eight and nothing in the mall seems to open before 10. There was another place that opens at 10, but when I went by it, it was my second choice but I didn’t want to wait another hour, it was closed still at 10:30. And it was a kiosk as opposed to a regular store which turned me off.I had checked the reviews and saw this place has the best reviews, and they are not fake. They are genuine I know now. Definitely wait a little longer because first of all, the other place is probably not open anyway, and the extra hour you can guarantee a store that will still be there tomorrow, excellent service, and excellent prices.
