I was a little nervous reading the reviews, but the lady who did my blood work was not only gentle, but very thorough. She went above and beyond with making sure I had the right tests by confirming with my doctor, and the lab. She was also so kind! A tip to people making an appointment: call first and make sure they have the tests on your order. It helps her out and lessens wait time and paper work.

Whenever I go to have blood work done, the staff are always courteous. This is the Woodbridge lab.

Very rude, not accommodating at all. I came in for a 3 hr glucose test. I forgot to bring a mask first women said she had non, then another worker gave me one. Then told me to reschedule and not to do it on a Friday cause she is busy. But said next time I need to come at 7:15 am and to find someone to care for my other child. Will never recommend or come here AGAIN. Wish I got her name!!I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star.Terrible service!!!

The worst location for bioreference. The staff needs training or needs to be replaced. I have never gone in there where it has taken less than an hour. And thats with no other patients.

Friendly staff and the phlebotomist was very gentle while drawing blood from my son. He had an excellent experience.

Was treated as if i was a nonpaying customer begging for service. Almost like they're doing you a favor. They also will turn you away if you bring a doctor written prescription because they have their own unique system you have to go through(no other lab does this). It's very inconvenient and just not worth the time and effort when there's so many other labs to choose from

I consistently come here every three months for extensive blood work. Each time the women says this is going to take a long time I cannot read this. Can you fax in advance and tell me the day you are coming. I did that and when I came in she said oh it’s probably in the drawer. I came again today to a very stressed women I can’t read this you need to send in advance. I said I did before… oh I never received it.The location in metuchen was much more efficient. They never complained about my scripts and she knew exactly what was needed.Although the women in Woodbridge is nice and I’m sure very stressed with the extra patients. maybe she needs someone to assist her when the facility first opens.

Very disorganized; no sign-in sheet, so no order in taking in clients. I was there for 45 minutes, and the tech took people who were there for 5 minutes ahead of me. When I spoke up, she said they were coming from a dr's office. We all were, we didn't order our own blood work!

When calling to see if they received a fax from my doc for blood work, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE FOR DAYS! Rediculous!

I hate coming here unless I have to. They are so unprofessional and rude. Throwing my paperwork aside "because now I have to reprint it". It's not brain surgery what they do.
