THEY WERE EXCEPTIONALLY CORDIAL AND I TRULY FEEL TOTALLY EMBARRASSED ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE ON SATURDAY. THEY EXPLAINED IT SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED, AND THINGS THAT WERE SAID TO ME WERE NOT EXACTLY CORRECT. I AM GRATEFUL TO HAVE BEEN SEEN AND HEARD. “I go to this bank all the time. I most often use the ATM which I have never had any issues with. About once a week I go inside, I have always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues at all. I once had a bank check get lost in the mail. The bankers and tellers here were very helpful in cancelling the old and ordering a new one making the process very pain free.”

“I've been a customer at this branch years before they even ever became Santander. I never thought about leaving because the employees have always been so nice. Although there has been some turnover through the years, they have maintained the same courtesy & care. They have always treated my parents & I like family. She was knowledgeable , super friendly, and a real pleasure to work with, despite the bank being very busy this past Sunday ( 1/22/23). I needed help with a couple of issues, which Ana competently and patiently resolved. She also completely answered some general banking questions my son had. Ana is a real asset to TD bank. Due to her help changing the type of checking account I now have I am happy, and am staying with this particular branch of TD bank! ?”
